Shalom Career — Misbehavior with Customers

I used to travel in the shalom career bus on 19 Apr 2022 from Nagercoil to chennai...( 18:30 ).
Very worst experience...
I never found these kind of behavior in any other transportation...
There are 2 drivers driving the bus... One person who drives from nyt 9 to 2.30 is good and genuine...
But next one guy who serve while the other one is driving, and his behavior was very worst with me and shouting to me for arranging my seats his name is ( sekar ) . Sekar driver has no kind with the customer, also not answer properly if I need anything . He mostly insulted me around with all the passenger .
Kindly consider this issue and take necessary steps.
This kind of things should not happen to any passengers ...

Luggage oriented issue per head can carry 10 kgs but they asked additional 500 rupees for luggage below 10 kg and raised so many times infront everyone once at marthandam by a driver and later at nagercoil. They are motivated in money and not refunded money if i can hire for another bus simply repeatedly saying to pay additional charges and we lost our patience hell out of this bus worst behavior this bus is suited for luggage only better can run as goods bus. Not for passengers the driver is not at all polite. Such a worst bus traveling via arumanai.
