We had placed an order for shipping our order though SHIPROCKET om their online portal on the 2nd of November. However pick up has not been done till date. On calling customer care they asked me to cancel the order. Which is Fraud and Denial of services Promised, that they have charged us already in advance.
On top of this the order placed on us by our customer also got cancelled due to lack of service provided by Shiprocket....

Dear Sir,
We have Booked Parcel of Marker Pens on 16.10.2021 by AWB[protected] from Goregaon, Mumbai to Amravati for our client till now no body come at our office for pick up.
We have called at your customer care after couple of days got the message that "Your pick up was not ready". There was no phone call or any communication so who decided that our material was not ready it was really shocking for us.br...
