We had placed an order for shipping our order though SHIPROCKET om their online portal on the 2nd of November. However pick up has not been done till date. On calling customer care they asked me to cancel the order. Which is Fraud and Denial of services Promised, that they have charged us already in advance.
On top of this the order placed on us by our customer also got cancelled due to lack of service provided by Shiprocket. This further leads to loosing online faith with customers and loss of future orders from the customer.
We Want you to help us take these company to task and take appropriate action against them. Companies like these should be put under a scanner by the internet governing laws for Fraud and Misleading customers.
