Dear Sir,

We have Booked Parcel of Marker Pens on 16.10.2021 by AWB[protected] from Goregaon, Mumbai to Amravati for our client till now no body come at our office for pick up.

We have called at your customer care after couple of days got the message that "Your pick up was not ready". There was no phone call or any communication so who decided that our material was not ready it was really shocking for us.

In last 7 days, we have got 4 persons on your customer care and all said us that we have noted your complained and with in 24 hours the problem will be resolved.
