My Name is Murali Krishna ..I am Staying at Mallareddy colony Beeramguda ., , Here I am getting some harmful chemical melted air pollution which is coming, , if it is coming then it is not possible to breath and getting head ache and Heart problems while breathing such contaminated harmful chemicals, body will not work properly and getting huge mental problems

Regarding CDM (Cash Deposit Machine)

Hello, I am Raj Shekhar Dewangan, a customer of SBI, i tried to deposit a sum of 40, 000 (500 x 80) rupees into CDM of MP Nagar, Branch, Korba at 10 pm on 18/05/2015 and while in the process the machine retained 1 note and returned me 1000 rupees (500x2) while asking permission to deposit 38, 500 excluding one note retained, so i cancelled the transaction hoping that I would submit it through bank but the machine took all the notes and gave me a slip where it was written that note was retained, the slip didn't mention about the aother 38, 500 rupees it didn't returned so i gave the application to the link branch i.e. MP Nagar Branch, Korba (C.G.), they told me that they would get EJ (Electronic Journal) on 20th May 2015 and refund me the amount but the EJ they got was incomplete, there were no transactions after 4 pm, that means the EJ after 4 pm was blank, they said that this might be some problem while uploading so they told me that they will mail them again, but they didn't, on 21st i again visited, they said that they didn't get it, on 22nd i again asked them the offices Mr. Thakur asked me to talk to Branch Head P. Bhagat, the manager assured me that he will mail and ask but he didn't then on 23rd i was sitting in the bank for 4 hours and then at the end the mailed the higher authority asking about my complaint, and then assuring me again that i will get my refund on 25th and then when i visited Bank again, they said that they still didn't get any report, then they gave me several numbers of higher authority to talk to, i talked to some of them a guy form Head Office Mumbai said that it's the machine malfunctioning and they can't do anything untill the engineer check, then i talked to some guy named Baldev from bhopal Circle, he gave me a number of an engineer and said that he will visit bank tomorrow and will check the problem resolving my issue but when i called him he said that he is in Bihar and will take another 2-3 days to come..
I am very frustrated and sad as well as angry owing to the services of SBI, its been a week and everybody is blaming each other but not resolving my issue, it's actual my (customer's loss)..
SBI has the worst service among all the banks in India..!!

False branding of drinking water

In Pune, in and around Wakad Datta Mandir area, there are dozens of general stores which sell tap water falsely labelled as mineral water (namely Bisleri and other brands). This, on one hand is a monetary cheating to the buyer who hope to get quality drinking water, and also plays with the health of people.
The tap water when packed in plastic cans for long, turn yellowish and poses an imminent danger of water-born disease.
This requires random checking conducted which sure would lead to culprits being caught.
Urgent help required.

with profound respect i want to convey you the fact that i took part in your 'Dring dring offer from 10th march to 31st march 2015 through 'sms'. I send sms randomly. I telephoned to Raghav sir( your customer care number-[protected]) to know about the details for validity .He(raghav) told me that this offer is valid from 31st march to 4th April. Even he told me that validity has bee extended. So i bought 50 pcs. bottle "sprite" valued Rs. 1750. Next day ( 1st April) i sent an SMS(unique code) to the no.[protected]. But i came to know from the sms that the offer is expired on 31st march through reply your sms.So i m surprised for such a wrong information of the concerned customer care officer ( raghav sir)
In this respect i want to know who will be responsible for such a monetary loss !So i demand a compensation for that loss .Sir what did i get? except Sprite label and Raghav's rough behavior

COMPLAINT FRAUD AND CHEATING BY CAR REPAIR WORKSHOP IN DELHI NCR

My Name Jitendra My car (Toyota Innova) stopped working on 24 March 2015 evening near Josola Apolo, New Delhi bus stop due to heating problem. I call-up just-dial for road side car assistance then one automobile guy called me from Faridabad (HR) and he came there and checked. He said he would fix this in his garage and provided towing service.
He said that he would examine what is the problem and inform me rate before doing any work.
Very next day I went his garage for my car he told me due to heating problem head gasket will change and charge will be approx 5000.00 to 8000.00 INR.
Then i called him many time for my car what was going, always his give me excuse some time parts are not available due to petrol car and mostly time he was not picking my call.
So I went two more time his garage and to asked him when he will deliver he said that company person (Innova service center head machine) visited but problem not resolved after fitting head gasket. Car has missing problem and he would send car to innova service center for this problem. So service center person would scan and fixed the problem.
On my third visit on 09 Apr 2015 he told me that he would send car to service center so next day I called him again he told me that he have send car then next day 11Apr 2015 at 6:07PM he told me service center charge total is approx 15000 to 20000 INR.
Without my consent he told me 15 to 20 thousand bill you have to pay.
I arranged money and paid 26, 291.00 INR bill it's a bad experience for me.
His charge is 8180.00 INR and Innova service center charge is 15600.00 INR and service tax 2511.00 INR total is 26, 291.00 INR.
I asked this thing with other auto mobile workshop guys they clearly told he added too much parts for simple missing problem.
So i went Toyota service centre for this issue at Toyota Galaxy, B-23, Okhla Industrial Area Phase - 1 New Delhi-110020. They told me your car came here for starting problem on 10 Apr 2015 at 4:50 pm and next day on 11 Apr 2015 at 7.50 pm car was delivered and told cost is only 261.00 INR.
This is the reason I am submitting this complaint. I want my back 15600.00 INR.
In his bill he did not mention any service center name and their bill but he included all parts which he was saying company fitted by his SETTING.
I have his entire voice recording.
NB. : He was saying he has JUGAAD or SETTING in service center. So that work was done unofficially no record which parts are changes and he has to pay 15000.00 INR for this SETTING. How come it possible because company has CCTV camera and all parts are countable.
What should I do for this? Consumer court case or else. Please suggest.

Shaadi.com could be a scam for stealing info
I agree with some complaints on here . I have never heard anyone asking for passport or other documents to verify the profile. They are to be asking for all that . One they will loose interest of potential customers and they will get bad name . Who knows who they might sell this info too . So I hope ppl are being careful . If someone know how to post the link to these comments on their website plz do so or on YouTube or Facebook so it may help some ppl who don't think much before giving out their info . God bless :)

Fraud transaction made on my credit card and payment is made to Airtel

I would like to inform you that today at 5:56 PM Dt.29/12/2014 online payment has been made by somebody at "Airtel Payment bill desk mumbai" by Rs. 5070.00 on my ICICI BANK CREDIT CARD NO ×××× ×××× ×××× 0008, for your reference online credit card transaction ID Ref. No is 272993 Dt. 29/12/2014 at 5.56 PM. Transaction id was provided by ICICI bank - call center executive.
I am Vijay Sitlani, staying at Pune, This is purely fraud transaction. I went to police station and instead of guiding me to goto DCB Cyber crime were trying to get rid of issue. Neither bank was willing to take any action instead of informing them case in complete detail.

Request you to please do the needful and help innocent people from such fraud afterall its hard earn money.

Air India Baggage Damage

Dear Air India,
This is my first time travel in your flight on 20th July from Hyderabad to Bangalore. My baggage was broken. I spoke to the Air India counter who said that there will be a person coming home to repair the bag. It is more then 3 weeks and no one has come to repair my suitcase. I have called the number [protected] several times. they only tell me that the person will come today, tomorrow. I have not received anyone coming to my home to pick this bag. I am a frequent traveler. though i am no more a fan of Air India anymore. However, It is your responsibility to repair the broken suitcase. I would appreciate if you can call me on [protected] and get this fixed. Your customer care is more pathatic, after 50 mins on hold they disconnected my call.

I was suspicious and when I was not giving details, the guy started abusing. I searched and found many similar complaints and and many involves this number <b> [protected] <b>. So, this guy is doing it for long time.

I was contacted by SBI Daryaganj Branch in October 2013 for this policy. At least that what i was told that they are calling from SBI Branch in Daryaganj. I liked the policy and its benefits and decided to call an agent at home.
This is where the problem really started, the agent explained me benefits, like a 10% discount, a Medical card etc etc and the day i received the policy documents, there was nothing that was mention about the above extra benefits. I got in touch with the person concerned KANIKA - [protected] who works for BONANZA ADVISORS who kept on pushing me for 15 years of policy as compared to 5 year which i wanted at the typing of buying.
I have a read complaints about this already that the consumer shall receive a bond paper in 3 or 6 months, which is complete . The policy document in itself is a bond paper and i realised it when i spoke to head of customer service Sbi, who mentioned that, these agencies use these added benefits to sell these policies to us.
In my case, i could not use the free look option as i kept waiting for that so called bond paper.
Suggestion to every person who wants to buy - please dont buy it through agents, or if you do, please make sure that you read the policy documents when you receive them and if it what was not promised to you, please dont wait for that virtual bond paper and use the freelook option. I couldn't do it, but you should.

I, Dharmendra R. Beldar have taken a policy from your company.
The name of the policy is Subh nivesh, Policy no. [protected],
And proposal No. is[protected].
All the details of this policy is explained by Mr. Suhan suxena (Andheri branch- Mumbai.)
As per telephonic talk to Mr. Suhan suxena regarding benefits and terms of policy I have decided to take this policy. The policy details as per explained by Mr. Suhan suxena is as follows:
Sum Assured amount : Rs. 300000
Guarantee maturity : Rs. 338800
Term : 5 Years
Modal premium : 15000 / half year
At the time of form filling on 30/10/2010, Guarantee maturity was not written on the form. When I asked to Suhan suxena he reply me that guarantee maturity is not on the form but when I will received the original document all the details will be on that.
But I was not agree. Then he said, if I have any doubt on policy then attached a separate hand written letter with all the policy benefits and tems explained by me(Mr. Suhan suxena) along with the filled form .
As per his (suhan suxena) suggestion I wrote a letter to your Andheri branch and attached the same with the filled form. In this letter I wrote all the details of the policy in the same way as was explained by Mr. Suhan suxena .
I received the original document in hand on 07/12/10. When I go through the policy document I found that the nothing is matching to the attached letter which I have written and sent along with the filled form.
Because of the fraud policy , I have decided to cancel the policy.
I request to you please take the serious action againt this complaint.

At the time of form filling on 30/10/2010, Guarantee maturity was not written on the form. When I asked to Suhan suxena he reply me that guarantee maturity is not on the form but when I will received the original document all the details will be on that.
But I was not agree. Then he said, if I have any doubt on policy then attached a separate hand written letter with all the policy benefits and tems explained by me(Mr. Suhan suxena) along with the filled form .
As per his (suhan suxena) suggestion I wrote a letter to your Andheri branch and attached the same with the filled form. In this letter I wrote all the details of the policy in the same way as was explained by Mr. Suhan suxena .
I received the original document in hand on 07/12/10. When I go through the policy document I found that the nothing is matching to the attached letter which I have written and sent along with the filled form.
Because of the fraud policy , I have decided to cancel the policy.
I request to you please take the serious action againt this complaint.

Residence in Avadi using Ground Drainage System for illegal purpose
Residence in Sathya murthy street using Ground Drainage System illegally. Without the permission from the local municipality, they themselves connect house waste water into the Ground Drainage System. Avadi Helpful
