Hi, I placed an order on 16th March 2022 and still have not received the products.

I placed an order for 1 night suit on 24th april, 2022 but product is not delivered yet by this fradulent company - SILKY HANGER. I have written multiple mails to them but got no response ever.
Requesting consumer forum to take strict action against them and help us in recovering our money back.

I have ordered 3 night suit on 22 apr but till today i haven't received it.

I have order on silky hanger on16th may 2022 till date didn’t receive my order. I came across these sight on Instagram they were giving good offer so I ordered they sent me the mail of confirmation also after that no update. They even do not have any contact number accept for mail id. Even I mailed them many time but no revert from them till day

I bought a couple of lingerie sets on the 6th of May. It was prepaid. Neither has the order been delivered to me nor did I get a refund. Please help.

I placed an order, got an automated email confirmation and never heard back. I tried to contact them multiple times but they never responded to my emails. They are still advertising actively on Instagram. Please help stop this.

I ordered last month and I never got a response regarding anything about it. I haven’t received my order either. Such frauds.

I had placed an order on 3/04/22. Still not delivered.

They take prepaid orders and didnt refund the amount nor delivered the product. Totally fraud please help in getting the refund

They havent sent my order. They aren't reachable. They have taken my money. Seem like fraud

I placed the order for 3 sets of garments on the 7th of May and received a confirmation for the same. I was mentioned in the email that the dispatch would happen after 7-8 working days and hence would take 12-13 days for delivery. I reached out to them on the email id and have not received any response. The order was pre-paid. The website seemed legit and ofcourse the offers were beyond good and I placed the order. I would really appreciate if some steps are taken before more customers get conned by them.

I had ordered from Silky Hanger. After constant emailing there is no response as to when will the order be delivered. They have mentioned 7 days to dispatch. But now its been over 15 days. No response from their side in regards to dispatch.

I ordered few night suits in this website on May 8th and still I didn't receive the product and there is no response when asked about. How to get my money back

I ordered on 1st May. I have not got the products yet & my money has been deducted. Please look into it & can I get my money back or atleast deliver my products.

I placed an order through their official website in April 2022 and still after a month I have not received any update. I also dropped a mail to them and pinged on Instagram but no response. No mobile number is provided too. They are scamming people. Please stop such fake business and refund us.

I so wish i had visited this page before placing order(#6813079). I also placed my order like so many others on this page here and am yet to receive any mails from or replies from them
Can someone please track these guys and help us get our money back
This is such a sad experience.

I had order a clothing item from them and paid them via gpay an amount of Rs 449 but since then there has been no update about the same . I've been trying to get in touch them via there instagram handle and mail and there so called contact where in no number has been given but they have not reciprocated either. They are a fraudulent company and strict action should be taken against them. Also I want my refund of Rs. 449. They are a sham who dupe people in the name of their business.
Kindly take some action against them.

Had ordered few setss front he web page SILKY HANGER received confirmation mail front he webpage and that's the last have heard from them .. tracking is not available on their website .. nor do they respond to mails .. FRAUD COMPANY

I have placed and order on 22 april of 450 rs order no #6812331 my money has been deducted but the product is not delivered yet

I have ordered 3 sets of lingerie from Silky Hanger and the money got deducted ( around 1400 rupees) but didnot receive any info there after. I have sent few emails and complained in their website but still of no use. Please help me through getting my money back.

I placed an order on their webiste for Rs. 1347/- from their website on 28th April 2022 and paid via Google Pay but since then I have not received any response or product.

They dont have any contact Number and don't answer on Instagram or email or the contact us page on their website.

I think their website it a scam.
Please refund my money.

I had ordered 3 products form Silky hangers and the payment was successful. I received an order confirmation mail. Post that its been weeks and I haven't received any updates from their end. There is no reply to the mails sent as well.

I placed an order with silky hanger of around 850rs. The money was deducted and I received the confirmation email but the product was never delivered.

I ordered a lingerie set on 28th April, 2022 and I haven't received any confirmation of the order nor I can track my order. Money has already been deducted from my account.
Please look into this matter

I ordered a dress worth 499 from silky hanger. Got transacrion details but did not receive any response for my multiple mails.
