I ordered night suit on 8 April amount deduct from my account with I'd [protected] but I did not received my order yet

I have ordered from this company on 8th april and still haven’t received anything. The amount has been deducted from my account already

I have placed order on april 3 2022, the amount has been debited from mu cc but the product has not been delivered till date n they dont evn have customer care number
They dont reply to emails either .. looks like this is fraud site

My order no #6811742 is still not delivered.
I ordert on 31st march 2022.
There are no updates since the day i ordered.

I placed an order on march 14, 2022, later i checked their website to see my order's shipping details and it wasn't shipped. then i wrote a complaint at their customer care email id : [protected]@silkyhanger.com, they reverted back on 19 march saying

after that again on 25th march 2022 i mailed them saying i didn't receive update on my order. now it been 12 Apr 2022, i have not received any response.

I recently ordered 3 night suits with silky hanger, there is no response from the website regarding order confirmation or tracking numbers. I had made online payment. There should be a check from the Instagram before allowing such kind fraud advertisements. Instagram should hire people to perform background check and then allow any kind of advertisements.

I have ordered 2 night suits and it has not been delivered yet and they are not even replying to my emails

I have order 5 night suits which is worth 3894 rupees, and till now i haven't received any update from them regarding my order, looks like a fake website

It's been more than a week and i haven't received any update on my order till date. And i have already done the online payment and the amount had been debited from my account, yet no update from the merchant till now

I have not received my product worth rs 1572 and no reverts to the emails or anything

I ordered 3 n8 dresses from silkyhanger week ago and lost my money 1700rps ..but not uet received any product..it was a ad in instagram ..please look on this website

Hi, I ordered from them on 14th March and my order was not delivered after making an online payment. They are not even reverting back.

I placed an order for 3 night wear for approximately INR 1500 and have not received any confirmation on the dispatch of the order yet. I have sent several emails to them but they have not responded to any of my emails also.

I ordered night suits worth INR 975 from Silky Hanger on 12th March looking at their ad on Instagram. But I haven’t received my order till now even after mailing on their customer support mail - [protected]@silkyhanger.com - many times.

I have seen many people complain about them as they seem to be frauds.

Pls help here.
