Non receipt of canteen smart card

Address:Noida

I am an ex-serviceman bearing Army No. 14403727A Ex. Hav (ACP) Paresh Chandra Biswas applied for CSD Smart Card for Grocery and Liquor vide my application No. 0891733 dated 12.01.2022 but still now I have not been received my canteen smart card nor any message from the issuing authority. Please arrange to provide my canteen smart card at the earliest....

no reply regarding card

Please refer application no. Se2521309 through mh secunderabad (644).
Ex macpiii of this rank new card has been applied.

Re-submission of the application has been done on 6th oct. 2017 at urc canteen of mh secunderabad, still no confirmation has been received.

Please acknowledge the same and do reply as soon as possible through sms or call....
