I am Srinivas s from karnataka 571606. I placed an order on wednesday 3 November 2021 from mobile using snapmint as a cardless emi payment option to pay the amount on emi basis. I submitted all required document (My identity proof, address proof, pan and financial details) to snapmint. My order id generated by snapmint is "2354020" and the order value is rs.18, 990, i already have made the downpayment of rs. 500. I am continuously trying to contact snapmint but not able to communicate with them, they not updating the status for my order, neither they are contacting me. I have placed order for a mobile phone i.e. Redmi note 10 which has not been delivered to me till date but shows it as delivered. Down payment for which was made INR 2170. Tried to reach customer service of snapmint in many platforms but no response.

I bought a phone (cost -14499/-) on EMI with downpayment of Rs-2900/- on[protected] and as I was tracking my order on[protected], the website says that the "product is out of order" and that is it. I have not received any email, message, or call regarding it. No information about refund has been received. I called their costumer care number but it only keep saying "Our customer representative will on very shortly", I have sent them emails, messaged them on their facebook page. But I have not received any response.
I want my money refunded.

I am continuously trying to contact snapmint but not able to communicate with them, it is 4 march today and they not updating the status for my order, neither they are contacting me.
