Iam S.mahesh Kumar from I have ordered vegetables and fruits from https://www.sparindia.com/ app and not delivering my items and there is no call centers and help desk also not cancelling my order also my total order amount is around 1600 rupees it is an hard-earned money kindly help me on this regards

We had ordered 11 items but received only 10 items, we paid 602rs, but didnt receive an item of 54rs, so please initiate a refund of 54rs

On 8th may 2021 I have ordered items, order number is 16315821 and haven't received any items yet. No customer care responds... pathetic service. This is cheating...no response...I asked for a refund that is also not responded

I had placed an order 01945596 from spar app on april 21st and few of the items i ordered got delivered on 22nd april.
However in the spar mobile application, it shows the whole order as completed. There was no notification email or call on the order delivery. Other than a ripped off bill, there was no way anyone can track what is delivered and what is not.

To add to that the customer care phone number of spar india doesn't work. I sent an email on 22nd april and got a reply that the support representative will respond in 24hrs.

But even after sending repeated reminders, i haven't received any emails or calls from spar on the order and complaint status.

More over they do the delivery through a 3rd party delivery (Dunzo) and there is no order track the order.

My daughter and I went to SPAR departmental store here in Gochibauli, Hyderabad, on date is not remembered as print material got faded by this time, and bill amount was more than Rs 4000/- in the name of Shilpi Sen, mobile no. [protected] in two bills.During the bill payment I found in one bill that the counter fellow mentioned two coconuts I immediately told him this wrong I have purchased only one coconut. He said go and buy another one, I said no. Then he said Ok he would minus the one coconut's price, which he never did. In another bill I found one named MIXED FRUIT JAM of Rs.138/119 I dont remember as I said bills had gone faded, which we never bought and it was not in our bag also. I tried to contact several times on number mentioned in the Bill[protected] but nobody picked up. Then I made online complaint. Till date I got no response. Is it the policy of SPAR India to make public fool. I can not go to spar to collect the amount which I paid extra Rs.138(19+119=138) because to reach SPAR I have to pay more than this amount to taxiwala. Kindly look into the matter, this absolutely absurd way to make public fool.
