According to the Supreme Court of India the retailer cannot charge for the carry bags when you are shopping from their shop but Spencer’s Retail Limited charged me Rs 16 for two carry bags and moreover they are using plastic carry bags i am attaching the photo of the bill and the carry bags...

According to supreme court no retailer can charge for carry bags as it comes under service of the retailer so i have been charged Rs 16 for two carry bags. Plastic has been banned but they are still using plastic bags. I need your help....

Double Swipe of Credit Card by Spencers Retail Limited

On 9th of august,2012 I visited the spencers retail limited south city mall store and made a purchase of rs 2027.70/- Against bill no. 54400 from till no 14.My standard chartrered bank credit card (card no ending with 4293) was wrongly double swiped from spencers' end and as a result my account was debited twice by the same amount.I have filed a formal complaint(sspr [protected]) with spencers customer care on 13th august,2012 as well...
