On 9th of august,2012 I visited the spencers retail limited south city mall store and made a purchase of rs 2027.70/- Against bill no. 54400 from till no 14.My standard chartrered bank credit card (card no ending with 4293) was wrongly double swiped from spencers' end and as a result my account was debited twice by the same amount.I have filed a formal complaint(sspr [protected]) with spencers customer care on 13th august,2012 as well as met the spencers south city stores personnel on the very next day in this regard.I was promised that this matter will be settled within 7 working days.
Till date spencers retail limited has not reversed the amount to my credit card account.My credit card issuing bank have raised the bill for the period july-august,2012 on 19th august,2012.They have included the excess amount in their bill and I have to pay the entire amount since the due date of payment was september 6,2012. dear sir i am suresh and i am still waiting of my pf amount my company all ready submit my p.f form in your office on date 8 sep 2009 so plz tell me what is the reason that i have not received my amount till datemy pf number--- wb/ca/48046/10381
