Hi Sir/Madam,
I am a Resident of Faridabad. last year around the same time of December, 2020. We have been made to purchase 2 Policies from Edelweiss Tokio ACTIVE INCOME PLAN. Details of Policies i am mentioning below.
Actually, we have some existing policy from some other vendor which we are willing to close. Taking reference to that policy we received a call from someone claiming Ankur Shukla from BimaLokpal Branch....

The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. They have been confirmed me that we are from IGMS department of IRDA and here is we have received some money of bonus against your policy with Birla Sunlife Insurance Company. About this I ask my policy no. from which you have received and they told me same policy...
