I’ve experienced a very bad service from axis bank employees in bangalore i never expected that from axis bank

Thing is i had block my debit card and i want to get new one but whenever i come employee always tell me to come tomorrow and they keep on postponing saying that they don’t have stock..

And even they are refuse to change my communication adress also.. I don’t know why...

Im in shopper stop employee. 1 year 3 month im work in shopper stop orion mall in bengaluru karnatana. But recently rising in my work. Than i apply my pf but thank pf cliem states showing in father name not update so than a i ask shoppers hr his not responsible. I'm request many more times but his not responsible plz help me plz epf my father name not update in my uan number i ask my hr his not responsible so plz update my father name plz...
