Stray Dog Problem Complaints & Reviews

I would like to officially lodge a complaint against stray dog nuisance in our locality. We have around 6-8 stray dogs in our locality. Recently, they are quite aggressive and being a nuissance to all the pedestrians. We have small kids and old people that we are worried about. It would be nice, if you could get rid of those dogs from our locality.
