They hire some 50 ppl to develop their project . They will used yo for 15 day (propation period) in tat they wont teach yo anything they simply get your work for their project. after 15 or 17 days they said its all over yo ppl just wait for 10 days will call yo once if yo cleared. but they will call only one and they 'll reject all others in the name of poor performance.

Fraud, fake consultancy

Surprise solution, fake consultancy they say it as a NASSCOM certified company. Insys infocomm, Gomi real IT, Surprise solution are run by the same people. They keep on changing the companies name & location. There are only 4 members Goutam (says himself as Chief strategist), Ajay nd Kavya (HR), Nandha(server admin) are the 4 members in that company. They recruit nearly 40 candidates, they'll inform based on evaluation procedure...
