Hello all motor owners,
I had a extremely bad experience with Tata-AIG motor insurance. It was a terrible waste of time & money. Only thing I could get is extreme frustration. Tata-AIG executives are crooks & their behaviour is extremely arrogant. They never take any responsibility when it comes to claims. Moreso are all their fooling agents. DON'T ever ever buy TATA-AIG insurance policy....

This is wrt my claim no[protected]KA-02MB-7628), the claims person in advaith intimated that he had intimated the tata-aig people for the insurance claim on monday 22nd morning, But your surveyor reached there only in the evening and after 2 days, on 24th evening Mr Prasad ([protected])from Tata-aig insurance called me up to inform me that the claim is going to dishonoured,his behaviuor was very inapproriate and rude with me. Insurance Policy not delivered
I very bad experience with TATA-AIG Motor Insurance in Bangalore.
I have renewed my Car insurance on 04-Mar-2009(at bangalore Car: Maruti Wagon R
Cheque No:276959 Citi Bank , Bangalore) and got cover note immediately.
I was supposed to get Policy within a month since cover note is valid for 1 Month.
but still i have not received Insurance policy.
I have written several mails and made phone calls but i don't...
