I had worst ever experience with Taxi Bazaar on 27-Jan-2023.
Advance payment taken ₹ 400/- and no service provided. No refund of advance payment as on 31-Jan-2023.
I have been told that I shall get refund within 24 hours.
All false promises are being made.
I have also sent message to company CEO on LinkedIn social media, again no response.
Regarding this, same mail has been mailed to company on next day on 28-Jan-2023 but there is no response to that as well. I had some urgency in my family so I Had booked a cab from Ahmedabad to Vadodara, advance booking fees was paid and received confirmation from Taxi Bazaar as well. I have been told that booked SUV cab would reach within half an hour but still while booking they have to keep an hour gap i.e I booked at 12:45, I asked by 1:30 PM and maximum time for the cab to reach to me was given for 2 PM. At 2 PM the cab hasn’t reached, what’s app SMS were not responded and when I called and asked whereabouts, I am getting the response that I can only get the cab at 4 PM not before that. I was like why did you take booking then and why didn’t I get update that cab isn’t coming? I have been told just an excuse that the employee who has spoke to you has ended his shift and left. Is that the answer? When I called again to check if it is arranged, one of the executive was rude to talk ‘Abhi bataya na aapko, ke 4 baje se pehle nahi mil sakta, kuch naya to nahi bata raha hoon!’ I’m like ‘Boss, Cab 2 baje nahi aa raha hai, ye naya hi bata rahe ho, wo bhi jab maine puchha’. Please take an action on his communication. Ultimately my plan to visit has been ruined because of Taxi Bazaar and I even did not book any other can since they promised me that cab would arrive on time. I couldn’t make it to the venue where I had to go. Worst ever experience.

I called the driver several time to return my watch. But he is just making excuses and not giving the watch back. Kindly resolve the issue at the earliest as possible.My contact No is [protected].

      We had very bad experience with taxi bazaar team.

      I have booked taxi through your representative Mr. Arjun- [protected] from Mumbai to Pune to Mumbai with specific requirement. The representative agreed on the requirements but didn't fulfil the same.
      Moreover, I have been chasing with him for vehicle details on 06 th Feb since 10 pm (2 and half hours after making advance payment) but haven't received any feedback from your representative till 1 am on 07 th Feb. Driver itself contacted me and arrange the vehicle. No details received from your representative.

      This was the second incidence I have been experienced with the same person.

      Also I have booked the Innova for Rs. 4800 whereas different vehicle (Ertiga) provided me with price of Rs. 5100/- without any intimation to me. We never experienced such type of overcharging by any other car provider. Moreover the excess amount which paid not yet refunded.
      If this is not resolved, better we will move to other competitors to avoid such instances.

      Hence need your support to highlight the same to senior management for improvement of the services and inconvenience to customer like us.

        Hi,

        I booked a cab from taxi bazaar of 7th june from pilibhit to new delhi, they asked to pay the advance payment of rs. 700. Due to unavailability of driver they cancelled the taxi but till date no refund provided.

          Hi team,

          I am really unhappy with the service, your team had confirmend on my booking confermation (Id is tb-195b9b6f) on 20/02/2020 for my round trip to agra for 23/02/2020.

          But non of the team member had called up and updated on the driver availabality till 22nd feb'20. Post my followup i got update @ night 11 pm that mr. Vivek singh (Dl17a2628 - ph no - [protected]) will be picking me from my hotel at patparganj, delhi, india at 5 am on 23rd feb'20.

          I was ready by 4:45 am and was continuesly calling your team and the driver no provided, non of you guys answered call or bothered to revert back to my call.
          Sorry to say that i was deeply disapointed any my long pending visit to agra was cancelled becaus of this and i am back to bangalore now.

          My humble request is to pl respond and respect customer.

            I booked a tempo traveller for golden temple and kartarpur sahib for 7th and 8th december on 6th dec., 2019.

            After i received the confirmation mail i made advance payment through the link.

            After the payment got transferred and the confirmation was made by their executive,
            I was ignored and even my numerous phone calls were not answered.

            I even have the proof of payment that was made to them which i am attaching alongwith.

            I want to file a case against them on the grounds of fraud.

              I have booked a cab and collected the advance amount. They haven't arranged the cab as well as they aren't responding, not picking the call.

              I made a train booking in tatkal and looks like i will loose the train now.

              It's from ranchi to jamshedpur...

              No trust with these people and not a reliable fellows to work with. I have been calling them and they are not at all lifting the phone. It's so bad that they don't even respond to calls.

                We had booked a 6N 7 days package Amritsar(1N)+Manali(3N)+Delhi(2N)(includes agra and delhi sightseeing)(To our surprise we had to deal with the drivers on our own after we paid 12% advance to them and the TAXIBAZAAR wont respond to YOUR QUERies)
                Day 1- Amritsar, Driver doesnt want to pay airport parking charges so he will ask you to come out of the airport with your luggage, he will insist you to go to the hotel directly citing there is no GOOD PLACE to visit in amritsar or its closed. we had to insist him to take us around, so the trip on Day 1 was for 4 hours, 5pm to 9pm.
                Day 2 - Travel towards Manali, this was real pain in ###, as the driver started calling a night before in drunk state and blabbering about our marital status and point of origin. day of travel, his car brokedown and he made us sit in the garage for 1hour, he was rude unapologetic and by this time Taxibazaar has stopped responding to your calls.
                Day 3- in manali rude behaviour prevailed, we had no option since we had made the payment.
                Day 4 - We got used to this drivers rudeness and started ignoring him, now he threatens to not pick u up form the drop point and suggest us to travel on our own to the hotel room.
                Day 5 - This was fun day, as we had made a point to him to make sure he is not messing with me today or else we will book him in jail(Later i found out he was booked by police and his court hearing was coming very soon) after this threat he kept quiet for the entire day and lowered his voice while on call and didnt played any songs and not using the mobile to that extent. after this he started dealing with Taxibazar for payments.
                Day 6 - Trip to Agra, Driver doesnt have any idea of AGRA, he informed AGRA is the only place to be visited in AGRA, AC doesnt work, taxibazar said if you dont want to go with this cab, you lose your money, 600kms in scorching heat(46degreess), we were sweating inside the car incuding the driver.
                Day 7- we didnt used the service we ignored taxibazar, like they ignored us for first 6 days.
                Never trust TAXIBAZAAR, they lure you with attractive market prices and ruin your holiday trips. i would suggest do not fall for 3-4k discounts fro your holiday trips, these guys dont really understand the meaning of service, they will threaten you to drop you and your wife in the middle of the road if the payment is not made before you reach delhi from manali. the drivers will make fun of you, talk aloud in car throughout your trip, driver will halt whenever he feels like to eat and wherever he wants to. the trip you will feel like is not for your comfort but what you paid is only for drivers enjoyment, he will play punjabi songs continuous, talk abusive language, deny taking you to sight seeing locations citing numerous reasons, will argue with you for everything, will not drive safely, watch videos while driving etc etc...beware and do not commit mistakes like me, avoid them at any cost.

                  Taxi bazaar is fraud, cheater, untrue, not reliable and not trustworthy. Dont trust on them. Dont book anything by them.
                  They are just middleman. They took all responsibilities first, promises us about everything, also ask us for advance payment
                  And last moment they dont respond our calls. My experience was horrible.
                  Month back i went to udaipur. Everything was planned. For return journey i booked innova from udaipur to ahmedabad, 15 days before my travel.
                  And from ahmedabad i have to catch a train to my place.
                  On the day (Scheduled travel day from udaipur to ahmedabad) morning, i was waiting for a call from driver or taxi bazaar but i didnt get any call,
                  Inspite of informing earlier day by reminder call to them.
                  After waiting until 10 am., i called taxi bazaar and asked them about taxi. He told me, will arrange a innova within 10 mins. After that he was not picking up my call.
                  After continuously trying for 1hr, he picked up call and told me, our taxi was break down, we are trying to book new cab and you can also try from your end with local vendors.
                  What the hell is going on. If i would have to book on my own then why i went to taxi bazaar 15 days back and made advance payment.
                  On this journey my next journey was dependent. They put me in most difficult situation. I would have to catch train anyhow.
                  After lot of efforts of 3hr, i am able to manage taxi by own but finally i missed my train in ahmedabad by 1hr.

                    I booked a taxi from Ghaziabad to Ramnagar on 21/09/18 for 5pm & made an advance payment of ₹500.00.

                    Till the scheduled time wgen I did not receive any information about my trip, I called at the number# [protected] through which booking was done. I was advised that they will call me back but I did not hear anything from Taxi Bazar.

                    From then onwards they are not answering my call & not refunding the advance payment done through Paytm at [protected].

                    The company seems to be fraud & are indulging in fraud practices to cheat people of their money & time.
                    These are the fraud guys. Used our service for their client sent wrong massage that payment done but then I know from all these reviews these are fraud peoples.

                    I have registered a FIR against them today.

                    Please do not deal with them especially service providers in other cities. You will not get your money.

                      On 9/08/18 had contacted with Taxi Bazaar through their website for my family trip at BLR & they quoted 16250+Parking&toll extra Innova (9to13 Sep’18). They ask for adv payment of Rs2500 & provide booking no TB-098ACFC0.Rs.2500 paid against TXN ID: MOJO8809005A71146755 on 9/08/18 4PM through https://taxibazaar.in/getdetails..Taxi Bazaar confirmed, they had receive the payment through mail dated 9.08.18. On 9/09/18 car picked up from BLR & trip ended on 13/09/18. During final payment driver (Javed [protected])asking again full amount i.e. Rs16250+Toll+parking. I told him that, already paid adv payment of Rs2500 to Taxi Bazaar & should be deducted frm final payment. But he didn’t listen anything & demanding full payment. Car owner Mr.Murthi spoke with us over telephone & told me, Taxi Bazaar not yet paid them any amount before.Since then 100times called to Taxi Bazaar infront of Driver but they not helped us. They don’t even talk to driver/owner. I understand that, Taxi Bazaar Company was a fraud. Driver at the end was ferocious for his full payment & threaten to me & my family at BLR Hotel.Finding no other way & Taxi Bazaar not responding to our calls, later we had again paid Rs. 16250+toll+parking to him(Total 17730). Since then Taxi Bazaar not responding of my calls or mail. When I called from different mobile they picked once & assured that they will refund the amount & confirmation mail they will give.Butnothing has been received.
                      I request you to please take necessary action against Taxi Bazaar whom steeling our money & harassed me at outstation.

                        I am Shailesh from Bangalore. On 18th Aug, I was looking for cab options for family trip for Mysore from Bangalore on 19th Aug online. Suddenly got a call from[protected] and person calling was Akshay. I explained my requirement and he gave me the option with tariff details. Which seemed very good and I just confirmed a go ahead with the deal. He asked me to pay advance 630/- through PayTm which I told to do late in night. Around 11 pm I checked my mobile ant there were 10 calls from taxi bazzar. When I reconnected they asked me to pay the advance and make the booking confirmed for 19th morning sharp at 6 am. I did the same and paid 630/- by 11:45 pm. As soon as made the payment got booking confirmation message. I was relieved and happy that finally I got the cab for next morning trip.                         Now, the surprise part came when I started calling them right after making the payment same night for cab and driver details. Tried hard for at least 5-6 times but nobody picked the call. Slept around 12:30 helplessly and prayed for better response next morning.
                        Morning we woke up at 5 am even with the 3 kids and elderly people. Everybody started getting ready and I sat with my phone and was trying to connect them. Tried contentiously from 5 am 6 amt but no response. Then I used my wife's mobile no to reach them. I got connected at 6 am and Rahul the person whom I spoke with confirm that we'll get cab and driver details in 10 mins. Right after that no response and worst they block both of ours phone nos. Suddenly Got the message that cant connect with driver and travel plan may delay or get cancelled. I was shocked and felt like cheated. I convinced everyone to wake up early and pained them to get ready even if very young kids. I was feeling guilty for them and feeling ashamed as well after realizing that have been cheated.
                        the same day when I was able to connect they said sorry and ensure that will get refund back to my account.
                        Its been today Sep 13th when I am writing and no response from them. They have already blocked my bot nus it seems and if somehow connect from my office number they make the line busy after few seconds and block even that no also. they are well trained cheaters. I read no of complaints in the forum and mine is also the same repeated story.

                        but no response there also. Now with the hope of getting some help I am writing here.
                        Its not about 630/- money that I wan refund but more of my pain and psychological distress which make us realize that we are so vulnerable that any Tom Dick & Harry could cheat us and enjoy.
                        Need your help to go further and lodge case against these frauds and not let them go away easily.

                          I had paid the complete amount to taxi bazaar online, but at the end of the travel, driver took 2800 rs from the traveling customer.
                          Kindly look into the matter and arrange to reimburse the collected money by driver. Help

                            I booked a taxi with taxibazar which did not show up on the requested time. The replacement arrived 2 hours and 15 minutes later. Due to this i missed my flight that cost me inr 7500.
                            I called the taxi bazar and there two service representatives - raghav and rahul said they would call me back and never did. After this i called them multiple times (At least 30) where they did not even pick up my call. Later when i told the driver i would not pay him, only then these guys had someone else call me to say that it’s not their problem that i m loosing money because of them.
                            It’s a really unprofessional and fraud company. It’s run like a jugad.. If it happens fine.. If not who cares. I think they should not be allowed to run this business, because they are cheating people without any shame.
                            I have a booking from Chandigarh to Manali+Rohtang pass+manikaran+local side seeing + return back to Chandigarh dated 15 to 19 October.

                            Driver has denied to go to Rohtang pass and manikaran also.

                            I have given Rohtang pass entry 1000+1500 for diesel to your driver Mr Onkar singh.

                              On 13 July I had a booking from Del to Jalandhar at 2 pm .. the manager of Taxi agency named Jai Shree Balaji called me and Told the taxi will reach late by 2:45 pm due to bad weather and traffic jam..
                              Then at 3 pm I called and he told 3:30 pm.. at 3:40 I called, he told half an hour more.. then @4.30 I called he said just 2 min and took another one hour the @5:30 I called and forced him to take it seriously as my family had to suffer by all these..then at last he sent me the driver details and I called him he said I am unaware of all of your waiting as his boss didn't told me before about it ..and at 6:15 he came finally and said don't be angry at me it's not my fault ..

                              In between these frustrating times i called taxi bazaar as well and explained them all but after knowing it all I received no helpline from taxibazaar, I called nearly 15 times to talk to arrange for any other taxi with in a span of 2 hours.. but your guys didn't picked up any of my call..seems they made their mind to stop talking to me regarding this problem..

                              In all total me n my family had to suffer a long waiting of 4:30 hrs outside airport in a hot humid weather of Delhi..

                              When i booked this trip i already quoted that please send a good driver that time as my family would be travelling together..

                              What shall I expect after it, the inconvenience I and my family faced coz of your careless taxi dealers ..

                              This is the second time I faced this issue of inconvenience from taxi bazaar..

                              My time and money all got wasted .. I regret dealing with you and will make sure others won't suffer the same.. Work on some ethics too besides making money in your reckless business..Have a caring n compassionate heart for customers..

                                Awfull service has been provided. The car was not in a good condition, the service provider do not respond when called and they even took money before the service was about to end and got disappeared along with some stuff which was kept in the car.
                                We had to manage with another taxi after that
                                And now when i m calling them for returning my stuff driver took with him they are not responding to my call

                                  I booked a taxi from https://www.taxibazaar.in on 4 june 2018 making an advance payment of 1800 inr. I booked the taxi for 5 days from 11 june 2018 midnight 00:30 hrs to 15 june 11:30 pm for family 2 adults and 2 children. The pickup time was 00:30 hrs but before this i was called and want to confirm the same bt found big fraud happened. There was no information regarding the driver after so many calls and mails. After so many efforts when i was connected to them, they provided me with the details of the driver. I was waiting for the call from driver, but when called he said that he has been informed to pickup for manali and shimla while at the time of booking there were no co. Munication regarding shiml. When informed to taxi bazaar, they asked to wait for the next detail bt after so many calls and mails they r unable to provide details and finally they denied to reply. Taxi bazaar is not replying to the emails, neither picking up calls nor provided any services and taken advance payment for the same. I have read many reviews afterwards, which tells the same story. They are running a fraud site and take bookings. Please look into this.
                                  Taxi bazaar is a fraud. Myself, my wife and two kids from bhopal had planned a trip to manali and jwaladevi for a 5 days (11 june to 15 june). First we contacted different companies in the market for our trip. Taxibazaar gave us attractive rates when compared to others. And they spoke so convincingly that we fell for them. Till we paid our advance online everything went very smooth bt once paid there were no reply no picking up calls etc. I will never recommend anyone to book with taxibazzar. Now reading my review they will reply saying we are their competitor and are posting fake review. You can call me at my mobile [protected]. I have all the related evidences.
                                  Taxi Bazzar is a fraud company, run by few people named they said Rahul, Naman.

                                  Never ever believe in such company they collect advance money and block your number. FIR must be registered against such criminal people.
