TCIL-IT is an educational institute, it's coming under the control of GOVT OF INDIA;They are not running institute directly,they are doing it by means of franchisees but some of the franchisees are doing frauds but the tcil-it administration don't care about that and tcil-it allowed it's franchisee to do frauds.
