I got TCL AC not working. I raised a complaint on 18th Mar'22 regarding my TCL Air Conditioner not working (Case Id - IN[protected] & Service code - 174419). I was told that within 48 hours the complaint will be addressed and a technician will attend to solve the AC problem. Purchased this TV in 2018 from Vijay Sales Prabhadevi, Mumbai.
Tv Stopped working in August 2020 with severe display issues.
Complaint raised in Aug 2020.
Received Complaint Number IN[protected] Sept 2020
Technician Visited site and submitted report Sept 2020
Feedback from TCL, no spares available for the said model of TV so they plan to replace entire TV with a new one.
Nov 2020 calling them weekly...
