No response on my Air Conditioner complaint from last 12days

Address:TCL Electronics India, Boomerang Kanakia, chandivali, Mumbai, Maharashta 400072, IN

I got TCL AC not working. I raised a complaint on 18th Mar'22 regarding my TCL Air Conditioner not working (Case Id - IN[protected] & Service code - 174419). I was told that within 48 hours the complaint will be addressed and a technician will attend to solve the AC problem. I waited for 3days and on 21sth Mar'22, I called again to the customer care and I was told that they are going to escalate the complaint and before end-of-the-day the...

The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

Purchased this TV in 2018 from Vijay Sales Prabhadevi, Mumbai.
Tv Stopped working in August 2020 with severe display issues.
Complaint raised in Aug 2020.
Received Complaint Number IN[protected] Sept 2020
Technician Visited site and submitted report Sept 2020
Feedback from TCL, no spares available for the said model of TV so they plan to replace entire TV with a new one.
Nov 2020 calling them weekly...
