Need a call back on claim no 813464/1

, I got a mail from Thakur regarding my claim ref no: 813464/1 last Thursday(27/11/2014) to submit my pending documents. I have already submitted all the relevant documents. Still I sent her the details in an email. But there is no response for my e-mail. I got the minder mail again on this Monday (01/12/2014). I tried calling to UHC support[protected]. Whom so ever picked the call just kept my call on hold or disconnected the call....

Rejected Cashless Medical Insurance for a wrong reason

Case ID : 1615618 My wife had a stomach pain and she was diagnosed with cyst in her right ovary and she had to undergo a Minor surgery (Laproscopy). When I contacted UHC for Cashless transaction, they called and said, seeing the hospital records, this might be related to infertility and they cannot approve it. However, there is nothing in the history of the hospital records where infertility is mentioned and my Wife's left...
