Hello, i have ordered from vijetha store at 10 am but they dint deliver till 1 pm. As they have claimed to delivery before 11 am. Its my 3 rd time experience with vijetha store. I ordered from pragathi nagar, but still they deliver from nizampet area. The team didnt respond on call properly. I have called and mailed number of times. My order id r[protected]. They havent delivered in time and there is no support team to address the issue.

Today I have visited Vijetha Supermarket at Western Hills, Addagutta. I have purchased some items. The billing clerk after payment of money, without putting the items into the bag, without mine clearing the items, taking next bill leaving my items as it is.

She didn't have any concern about my items. Least bothered to put the items into my bag or even didn't waited till I am putting them into my bag.

When ssked for reason for such attitude, she didn't responded. When asked for her name for lodging complaint, she replied "Madhavi". Then also she didn't rectify her attitude.

This hurt my feelings. I request you to this indifferent and reckless attitude shall be punished.

Hence this complaint.

I frequently visit vijetha super market Attapur next to ishta city apartment and FYI my daily villing would be[protected]/-.

Your branch supervisor Srinivas is such a worthless fellow doesn't know how to manage customer request neither keep fresh dairy products.
By thinking that it's a One shop store of our daily needs but I was wrong and many a times by taking stink dairy products and even I warned srinivas to take care of this but may ne he failed to do so.

Please keep an eye over this store specifically.

We are called to Vijetha grocery centre head office at Miyapur for collecting salary from Jubilee hills taking pains of 3 hours journey. The security guards doing duty at the main gate asking many irrelevant questions and stopped here. The Attapur Vijetha Supervisor told us to go Miyapur and show Original ertificates. While visitors register available at gate and every one is supposed to sign and go in conveying their problem. They did not allow me into Admn office to appraise the situation. One lady security guard and one gent security guard sitting at main asked many irrelevant questions and stopped me. While others are signing at the visitor's register I was not allowed to go inside. I asked them again that I had to meet the concerned person to settle one grievance. The lady security guard told me that she don't allow without Any paper and I can complaint to any one in the administration. This happened at 12.00 mid noon today 21 Feb 2023

This feedback or complaint refers to the improper methods, procedures that Vijetha Supermarket KSR Classic, Pragathi Nagar, Hyderabad, Telangana 500090 follows to support clients who purchase the products. For example, we went to Pragathi Nagar branch of Vijetha Super market on 29.07.2022 and got irritated with the common query by the Biller that do you require the bag. Obviously, when we purchase 50 items, we need to carry through bag only right? Having asked the question, they are supposed to make available proper packing stuff. That was lacking with them. This kind of behaviors was seen not only in Vijetha market but major supermarkets.

We request the concerned to kindly analyze, review the feedback and arrange to ensure that the Customers' need is well taken and addressed through the governing authorities.

Bill no.12, pos.3, 09.07.2022 bill amount 2960. We removed only 1/2 murgangee 350, 129 rs water spray, plates.69 removed but before removing amount showing 5000. Kindly check and confirm why access amount doing on customers in chanda Nagar vijetha store?

I am Visited Once Again For Shopping To Vijetha Supermarket in Beeramguda Village Near Indian Petrol pump I Observed That Female And Male Managers Are Not Giving Leaves To Some Female Staff Till So Many Days The Staff Are Suffering To Ask Leaves To That Managers I Listened That One Girl Leave Asked Means Both Female And Male Managers Are Asking Why For U Leave Y That Managers Are Not Taking Leaves What They Are Thinking They Are Both And Kings To That Stores What The Hell

I am Visited Beeramguda Village Vijetha Supermarket There Managers Are So Abusingly Talking With Their Staff And They Are Not Torturing Female Manager Is So Rude With Female Staff Especially With Some Girls

I went to super market manikonda near Filipino super market along with my son. Due to knee pain I stood out of the super market. My son went for shopping and went to opposite lane to access ATM. In the Mean time store manager asked the security to clear of the people in parking. I am waiting for my son only for 5 mins. Security asked me to leave the premises twice. Is this you give respect to your customers and especially elders.

Wt a fantastic vegetables in your store. it's really amazing that insects in carrots and very rotten ivy gourd that I hv bought in jntu store. How worst you are selling this kind of Vegetables means how can we trust your service and all. Very worst service and very worst quality of products. even no one is taking responsibility from your jntu staff. I hv suffered a lot for buying your quality of vegetables. better u can close the store and be in the house. so that no one will suffer. first of all any one take care of your quality and then increase your stores. I didn't get the option to share all the pics of vegetables so I hv shared only few.

Iam Rao regular customer of Balaji nagar kukatpally vijetta the store employees behaviour very rash won't care about customer and store manager. Lady will not wear mask bug there were announcement of wearing mask they r behaving like roadies

I placed an order through vijetha live app on May 8th 2021. Order# SOID[protected] was supposed to be delivered on May 9th. But nothing was delivered. I sent email to customer care but again no response. The order disappeared from the app. After 2 days the order was marked delivered in the app but in reality nothing was delivered. Money ₹. 705 gone.

I have purchased product of cost 318. But they billed third thousand one hundred . Irresponsible billing . They are not refunded amount .it's been one day completed after this issue . Staff are saying it's also reverted in to account.but notyetcredited.

I have purchased Bingo Chips @ Vijetha Supermarket @ gokul plots. They sold me a product which was 15 days back. There where many packets like that in the store. When I and went to store and ask about that no one responded properly. Below are the words form one of the store incharge " we do business in xxx lakhs everyday in this store and its a small product if you want i will give you refund of 20 RS" that was the answer

My brother Mr. Ashok has been working with Vijetha Supermart, branch, Nizampet Road, Hyderabad since...

On 16th of March 2020, he went on leave to his hometown in Narsampet, Warangal (Dist) and thereafter due to Corona Lockdown, he was stuck and his hometown and later intimated the store of his discontinuation of his services as there was no transportation available from hometown to Hyderabad.

Today (30-Nov-20) visited Vijetha Supermart Administration block located at Survey No 171, Srivani Nagar, Ameenpur, opp. Coke Manufacturing Unit, Miyapur, Hyderabad and tried to submit the full & final documents which were received from the store where he had been working and requested for processing of Provident Fund. The Administration staff behaved very rudely at my brother as well as with me who had accompanied with him for Full n Final process. They even tried to push us out with help of Security Guards. They are treating as we are their labour who has to stay under their foot. Their way of behaviour was very painful and really not acceptable even for a normal labour.

I want a serious action and punishment to these people and process my brothers provident fund etc.

The noodels which i have bought consist of insects with in the hour i bought i started boiling and saw them

I got a small size to large size dust particles and rocks. This till laddu what i bought from vijetha supermarket is full of rocks and sand dust. The quality is worst. We bought them in vijetha supermarket in pragathi nagar near incois centre (Kakateeya hills). Please take action.

Sir i have purchased amul fresh cream of 1 lit. Jar from vijetha on 10th april 2020 but after opening it was smelling bad so that i talked to vijetha super market manager ashok nagar branch with mr. Ashok and tell his problem and he agreed to return the product after only i give the packet of that. Due to current situation i could not able to provide the same on the same day but on 25th april 2020 i have the packet and asking for return but he refuses to do so and respond badly as i do not know telugu inspire of this he is speaking in telugu to other customer regarding this issue but not to me. And lastly he left the place without saying anything and told do what ever you want to.
This type of behaviour can not tolerated, you should ask your person to behave with customer respectfully.
I want the correct action should be taken against the person so that it can not be repeat.

A counter billing woman named naga lakshmi, was yelling at me when i gave her 500₹ note for bill of 65₹ at nizampet bata showroom branch. U can check the cc footage.
Instead of that she would have tell pollitely.
Is that the way to behave with a customer??

Its the issue of the reputation o[censored]r stores with the ill-mannered staff..

I am uma, a daily customer at vijetha and my bills per month run over 12-15k every month. The supermarket personnel at rajeev nagar, hyderabad branch have no basic customer relationship courtesy. I visit every day for milk. Today i made a bill of 329 rupees and paid in cash. I carried only sufficient money with me. The people at the counter shouted at me for giving an old note. I feel the note is good enough to be traded. I also said that i can replace the note tomorrow when i come back to purchase milk if they have any problem with it. I even requested her to rebill for a lesser amount, which she hesitated. I had to drop off my cart today and come back only with limited items. Well, this is not at all acceptable to shout at the customer in front of other customers. Kindly take action. We haven't been given any bill today, they kept it for themselves and also denied to share their names.

Since from last 2-3 year, we are tolerating the behavior of vijetha Market employee irrespective of another issue of a product shortage. when i visited the Vijetha and picked vegetable kept in the bag available for vegetable and weighted them, when i reached cash counter the Lady standing their remove it from bag and literally throw the vegetable removing it from already placed kept Bags, after payment i asked her "Madam you remove the vegetable from bags, Please kept them in the provided bags as I give you..., 2-3 times I asked her she ignore it and asked me you have to pay for the bags, where you paid it and asking for it...without I can't give you the bag with full arrogance attitude, i mention the WHITE CLOTH BAGS in which i kept and while billing you remove it "AAP ko dikha nahi...then she replied me that haa mujhai nahi dekha tooo... SHE ARGUING WITH ME AND QUAE IS WAITING.
this is not first time they behave like this reason is the supervisor (big, black, tall one) never talked nicely and disclosed his name, sometimes when supervisor change due to his leave... i and many other i noticed complained the same verbally. we got the excuse that it an inner location outlet that's why no employee is willing to come here, so no option we have to tolerate them. Ridicules. the supervisor and the lady and 1 more staff are there from last 2-3 year and doing this. sometimes they hide the product if we asked them to keep it in the purchased bags then again have to go once we find it in the home and when we asked and then they will laugh and pass fishy comment on us.
Rotation of staff is very important and their behavior is not acceptable.
there are 100 issues regarding them spoiling the reputation of VIJETHA \ but we can't write everything and complain there should be a customer friendly staff in the outlets.
so if strict action is not filed against them then further strick complain in another consumer forum

Sir, I am vikash kumar assistant engineer in bhel hyderabad. I was going there for little urgent shopping at Vijetha super market in chanda nagar hyderabad. But on duty vijetha employee was there, he had drunk and stop me to enter in the market and he was behaving with me very rudely and misbehaving..

I was feeling very insult there when a couple of people as customer had entered after coming me..

That on duty employee is very dangerous for the customer as well as vijetha marketing.

Today[protected] afternoon i was visited guntur vijetha branch for seeing bambino & other company stock visibility, suddenly store manager came,
He warning me and my dairy also handover, he told just get out vijetha super market, very rude behavior and he used very unparilamentary language.

Please take action to ur guntur store manager.

I am aged 70 years. Today at 8.00 pm i went to your club house br nizampet shop and purchased 4 items (Bill no. Pos 2 bill no.00000107 and went to counter no.3. The man was sitting idle keeping his chin on his palm and expressed his refusal to bill and indicated with his head o go to the next counter (2) where already billing is going on for a trolley full items of a lady and i had to wait till that big billing is completed. While i was waiting so one man came next to me with only 2 items in hand came to this man (Counter3) and he did that billing followed by another bill of two items (Of which one is chaklet and after that he did a third bill also of 2 or 3 items of another customer and i was waiting for my turn to come at counter 2. When i questioned that man for reasons of refusal for my bill he carelessly replied (Lied) as alrady one bill is pending him. He was sitting idle but lied even to believe him the customer for whom he did billing bought 2 items only (You mayvplease verify the 3 bills of his counter before 8.00pm. When asked whether to complain he readly replied that i can complain to any body and going ahead one step he called the watchman and told him "give him complaint book and let him write any complaint". (This may please be ascertained from watchman on duty) this behaviour of counter man is not at all appreciable and i wrote complaint also where i gave my contact no. Please let me know whether a counter man is expected to behave with customers. I am a retd manager of a nationalised bank. I request you to take proper action against the man as otherwise customers like me canot enter your shop to receive this type of treatment

I want to make a complaint about the Vijetha Manager in Aparna Sarovar. He is extremely rude and arrogant and he takes a lot of personal interest in the support staff (girls) hired in the store. One such girl, Shirisha, used to work in our house and she has serious mental problems. I had requested him to not hire her but straight said no because he has a personal interest in her.

He said the word of the customer is not important, if I have a problem then I should not shop at Vijetha. I know I'm 1 customer and my feedback is insignificant but its disappointing that the manager is ready to let go of a regular customer and the entire society's safety just because of his personal interests.

I'm extremely disappointed with this experience and plan to not shop at Vijetha again.

I have been to Vijetha Supermarket at gopalapatnam/bachi Junction in vizag.I am sorry to say the customer service has never ever been anywhere close to average, at the very least. In fact it is getting worse by the day. The workers at the billing counter seem to feel like MNC executives and they get the billing done in order of their choice.NO queue no nothing no discipline what so ever. Some of them are extremely rude. Why do i have to face such uncivilized people when i shell out[protected] INR???

And to make matters worse there was a sale of expired quality fruit juice at slashed prices.Now, is this what they call quality assurance??

Please look into this matter as it o[censored]tmost importance. Service is important but quality maintenance ,atleast of a minimum standard,is paramount
