Dear Sir/Madam,

This is with regards to 2 black dogs in Vrindavan Society-Thane West who are very aggressive & violent & bit my Father (senior citizen aged 70 year old suffering from Diabetes & various health issues) for no reason while on his morning walk & also attempted to bite me few months ago. There are too many stray dogs which are being fed by residents here which are causing trouble for all other residents within Vrindavan Society.

The dogs are very aggressive and there have been multiple instances of dog bites causing severe injuries....
