I had bought a Gingham 2-door wardrobe from wakefit.co online one 7th of September 2023. Expected Delivery date was 15th September 2023.

It has been 6 days past that I am regularly emailing and calling them but they are not delivering my product.

Every time they ask me to wait 48 hrs. I wait and nothing happens. When I ask them to cancel they ask me to give 48 hrs as they are working on delivery. I am fed up and feeling stuck.

    I had cancelled a order on 22nd September and till date I haven't received any refund, it's almost a month. They keep telling they will refund but dont

      I'm writing this complaint against Wakefit.co, as they fail to refund my money, which I used to return one mattress 2-June-2022. The Order number is #ORDER202205yg87Em.

      Due to their uncomfortable mattress I raised a return ticket and it was picked on 8 June 2022 but the same is not updated on their website till now. I returned the order on 8-June-2022. As per their return policy, It was supposed to initiate my refund amount...

      Not picking up the item, nor initiating refund

      We were getting back pain after using this mattress, raised a complaint to return the mattress. They agreed and and told the item will be picked up maximum by 30th May. But till now they are not picking up the item nor initiating the refund...

      I had bought Wakefit Orthopedic Memory Foam Mattress on 16-Aug-2019, order ID #ORDER201908QHwayU, which comes with a 10-year Warranty.
      After using it for almost 1.5 years, we felt that Mattress is still stiff and hard and not much comfortable for longer sleep.
      We also contacted customer care 7 months ago with the above complaint and they suggested flipping the mattress and use it for the next 3-4 months.
      Unfortunately, the problem remains as is.

      I again reached to wakefit customer care and asked for an inspection and provide a solution as Mattress is under warranty period, which in return they refused not only inspection but to change or replace the mattress.
      As per Wakefit, mattress stiffness not comes under warranty, which is strange to me as a customer. Failed to understand the warranty norms completely.
