Wakefit.co — Wakefit Refund not done for order return #ORDER202205yg87Em

I'm writing this complaint against Wakefit.co, as they fail to refund my money, which I used to return one mattress 2-June-2022. The Order number is #ORDER202205yg87Em.

Due to their uncomfortable mattress I raised a return ticket and it was picked on 8 June 2022 but the same is not updated on their website till now. I returned the order on 8-June-2022. As per their return policy, It was supposed to initiate my refund amount before by 15-Jun-2022, but since then I've been calling them for an update.

Even after waiting for another 2 + 2 working days, I don't see any indication that they will refund my money. Excuse is, payment gateway issue! Finally promised to refund in 24-48Hrs. 48Hrs past, but still no indication that my refund is getting processed, as the customer service team is over and again asking for 2-4hrs, 2 working days, 24-48hrs, etc.

I want to raise an alarm about this un-ethical company and request the authorities to take legal action against them. Companies like these, who trouble the public, should not be allowed to do business in this country.

100 days no question asked return policy.

Refund Mode and Duration:

Refunds will be made to the customer bank account details provided on official mail ID, within 5 working days of receiving the refund request.
