[Resolved]  Wakefit.co — Not picking up the item, nor initiating refund

We were getting back pain after using this mattress, raised a complaint to return the mattress. They agreed and and told the item will be picked up maximum by 30th May. But till now they are not picking up the item nor initiating the refund
