Severe Mosquitos Bites Experienced during movie in the cinema hall due to unclean environment.
I watched the show of Jawan movie at 4:30 pm on 28/09/2023.
I request for immediate action regarding this as well as I expect compensation or refund for my horrible experience.
Also during the on-spot complaint, I experienced the rude, irresponsible and unaccountable behavior of staff and authorities.
No proper complaint...

I am Aman Verma. On 12 Nov 2015, i booked 4 tickets for 7:25pm show of prem ratan dhan payo.When I reached the wave cinemas counter at 7:10pm, he said that My ticket booking is unsuccessful, but my money got debited from my respective account. Therefore I didn't saw the movie. So, please give me back my money by transfer money in my account....
