I ordered at 21st November and there is no update since then its been over 3 months and from last one month it is showing it is in clearence and there is no respond to the emails i have written to them whenever i try to reach help section it shows they are offline . Seems like a scam to me now . Payment was already deducted at the time of order...

I have placed an order on the website on 12th October, 2021.

I have constantly checked their tracking status for 3 months.
It was updated in October, following no change for a month and then an update a month later, in November. Since 30th November, I have received no intimation of any sort to help me understand where my order is.
