Wear Style — Wear Style Order 9014 - Not Delivered since 3 months!!

I have placed an order on the website on 12th October, 2021.

I have constantly checked their tracking status for 3 months.
It was updated in October, following no change for a month and then an update a month later, in November. Since 30th November, I have received no intimation of any sort to help me understand where my order is.

After waiting patiently as per their policy of the 2-month delivery outer limit, I still haven't received a single update.

Instead of receiving an update from the brand, I have been forced to reach out to their customer helpline on WhatsApp on 15th December.
After sharing the details of the order, I received no response thereafter from their customer service.

I finally wrote an email on 28th December as my absolute last resort, to receive some response from the brand.

I still have not received any response from them to this date.
