Wear Style — Order not received from last 3.5 months

I ordered at 21st November and there is no update since then its been over 3 months and from last one month it is showing it is in clearence and there is no respond to the emails i have written to them whenever i try to reach help section it shows they are offline . Seems like a scam to me now . Payment was already deducted at the time of order
