Dear Sir,

Requesting for refund my amount

I called to whatspeak customer care on date 22/08/2020 & they suggested me to purchase VIP plan for get good service. They said if you paid now then we will activate your account. Once i paid amount 17700 for VIP plan. Once i purchased the plan & call back to customer care. Same lady who guided me for purchase start saying that there was some technical issue while your payment & you can't use your service so for that you must have to pay another 17700 amount & withing 10 mnt i will process your old refund. But i failed to do that because i noticed that they are cheating with me. Within 1 hour they blocked my account which was working well before payment. So please help me to refund my money from Whatspeak.

1 that from your company whatspeak.com employee payal call me from mob no [protected] and convince me create i d in my company. And our company provide you many services. And pay rs.7080. When i paid rs 7080. She give me another employee mob no and tell me call to him and received your id when i call to another employee she demand me pay rs. 11800. And then we are provide you id and again i paid rs.11800. After payment she is again give me another employee no and tell me call to him and received your id but all employees are repit again again same karvi.
Dear sir my total payment details are as under:
1 7080.
2 11800.
3 29500.
4 17700.
5. 17700.
6 29500.
Total rs.113280/- after this she is demand me rs. 36500/. Which is not possible for me.
So i therefore request to you please return my all amount. I am not interested you any services.

Respectfully, i beg to request that, i had taken your membership since few months ago. But i refused to take membership and requested to your company for return my money. Your employee had told me if you want to refund your money kindly deposit extra money for excess id. So i had deposited 17700 so many times for excess id, cancellation id, more more. When i had already deposited about rs. 50000.00, than i had requested to return. But failed. Again i deposited so many times rs..17700.00. I could not understand what they doing with me. One your staff antara bose took 20000/- in her ubi account to returned my money but failed. I have requested and email your office for return my money and details transaction had given. After that sweety madam no.[protected], maya madam no.[protected] and niharika madam no-[protected] said me, we have seen your all transaction and that was correct. But again they said if you will deposit vip package i. E. Rs.29500/- one time than you will get all of your money. But when i deposited vvip package rs.29500/- again said to deposit vvip package 2times for excess id and transfer charges for same, as per their instruction i deposited as per commitment.in that time i had deposited total rs.795850/-. But after lapses of few days niharika madam no. [protected] told to deposit further amount. At that time i had told him my poorness and not able to deposit more but she assured me “ you deposit i am giving assurance 100% to return money immediately). Again i deposited more rs.211220/- but i failed to return my money. They threatened me to more deposit. Lastly one day your employee name naina mob-no-[protected] (Complain department) told me to deposit more money i. E. One time unique and one time vvip package, than i will get my all money. And cheque is pending in my table. You deposit as soon as between 25th oct 2019 and not request any body. Till now i have paid rs.1007070/-. Please check my deposit records and give me my money as i am suffering more more financial trouble. I hope you will review my claim and return my money to save me financial trouble. Please contact below mob no and email address. As soon as possible.

I have 1st recharge rs 590.00 then priya suggested me to purchase platinum plan for rs 11800 when i paid for platinum plan she ask for a id, for this id she suggested me to purchase vip plan, i purchased vip plan for 17700 after it she pressrige me to purchase vvip plan for 29500, she told me that if i not purchase vvip plan all other plan go lapes, then i next day i purchase vvip plan for rs 29500, after it she tell me you have purchase unique plan for 64500. After this purchase she told me yours 59000 rs refunded from here to you, i purchased this also paid 64500 after this she pressurise me to again again paid 64500 until your service will be stopped and she stopped the service, next day she suggested me to pay 29500, promised me to refund my money rs 123900/- i paid 29500 on date 24/10/2019 at 12: 04 hrs, after this she demond 64500,
Now my service is not available from you & my money is not refunded by you.

Sam from up. I have taken the membership of whatspeak.com for online dating as posed by their website. They charged the amount ₹ 5500/- for membership. They gave me 2 numbers saying that those are some ladies number who are also intrested in friendship. And when i call them then the number is connect to some other company named jiofriendship.com which ia again based in kolkatta... They pose to be the alience of whatspeak.com. Nd they asked me more 5500 rs to get someone in contact. And then when i refused it.. The whatspeak.com people called me saying that some lady is intrested.. Plz rufund my balance

I am a member and paid for the services. Inspite of depositing the money and my talk time available of nearly 300 minutes they blocked my account. Now they are asking me to pay more to them to activate my account again. It is fraud company and would empty your pocket and still you will not give you services.

Please do not fall in trap of this company. Total fraud and company is formed to take the money and blackmailing you by deactivating your account and for activation again ask for money... The company name would have been "moneyspeak" instead of "whatspeak"

I am shariq. Maine whatspeak me registration karaya. Diya madam ke madhyam se. Usne mujhe bataya ki aap 6900 ₹paid karo aur aap ko female ke no. Dia jayega jise aap personal meeting kar sakte ho aur vo aap ko 10000 ₹ se 15000₹ tak paid karegi. Vo bhi aaj aur turant meeting ho jayegi. Lakin unse aaj tak meeting ni hui mere complaint karne par diya madam kahti hi ki 5200 ₹ aur paid karo to meeting hogi. Ye baat ghoot boli. Phir mujhe dusri female se connect bhi ni karaya aur ab koi call receive ni karta hi. Mujhe mera ₹ paisa vapis kar dis jai. Please l am not satisfied this service. So please return my money please.

THEY SCAMED MY MONEY, THEY ARE NOT RESPONDING TO ME.

R/S, I have registered in Whatspeak.com through online and paid Rs.6840/- with Service Tax but the after 5-7 days, the co. is denying to provide the service as agreed inspite they are asking me for more money after which they will provide me the service. The Co. has Registration No.:U72300WB2014PLC202534, SERVICE TAX NO.-AABCW5373QSD001, PAN NO.-AABCW5373Q, TAN NO.-CALW03695G. The executive with whom have communicated is Tina-[protected]. Please help me to withdraw my money from these fraud & irrelevant Co.
