Did not bother to inform the Driver details and the driver did not turn-up past the booked time!!

We had Wings Cab from Aundh to kothrud in Pune for 6:45 pm for some of our German guests who have to pick the Bus at 7:45pm to Goa.
Firstly we did not recieve Driver details till 7:00pm ,after a lot of calls and spending a lot of money on calls I recieved the driver details
who himself did not bother to give us call,when I called him he said that it will take 15-20 minutes minimum ?I asked him How they are going to reach and pick the bus which is at 7:45 ? He said he can not do anything as he is in traffic and been informed late by the company !!
I spoke to him many times in these 15-20 minutes and then took the decision to send the guests by Autorickshaw who took full advantage of the worst situation we faced due to WINGS CAB SERVICE PUNE.Thanks for nothing !!
I am worried What image about India will they carry?

Careless and Irresponsible Attitude for Customer

Dear Sir
I booked a Wings cab from my place to Ruby hall clinic for 10.10 pm. As per telephonic discussion they told me that I will get drivers detail before 10.45.My brother had to catch bus form that stop for Goa.I called many times Wings Cab when I didn't get driver details even 20 minutes before my pickup. But the operator put down my phone by saying that be on hold. After that I called n number of times they didn't even respond and driver details were send to me just 20 minutes before. Still driver was not bothered to call me I called him n times and he didn't come to my place. I was alone at my home my husband was in night shift .It was raining heavily. After trying many times even driver and Cab service ignored us. We faced lot of problem mentally and physically because of this. N I gave finally RS 200 to autorikshaw 200 rs for such a small distance and somehow reached venue. I was highly unprofessional behaviour. I request you to take serious action for this. At least they should be some seriousness for the customer because you never know any person can be in high emergency.
