Printer with scanner online order item not received

Sir,
I did online order at https://wishplex.in/ website for "PRINTER WITH SCANNER" as advertised in https://www.facebook.com and paid amount of Rs. 944.99 online on 28-Apr-2021 12:25 AM IST. The item has not been delivered yet.

Website provides chat option, and initially there was some one responding and promised to deliver items. Once order is confirmed, that person asked to make one more order and told without which delivery can't be made. When refused to make online payment for second order, that person agreed to send second order together with Cash On Delivery mode. The next day the person in chat agreed to reimburse full amount of Rs. 944.99, but it didn't happen. Subsequent communications were neglected. Now there is no response in chat.
Payment was done through SBI Credit Card. I complained to SBI card through https://www.sbicard.com/ not to honour the payment, but it was processed later and money got transferred to "HKBD INTERNATIONAL".

In the facebook page of wishplex.in, there are many people complaining that same fraud has happened to them.
Request to black-list https://wishplex.in/ website and bring justice to their fraud victims.

Razorpay has put our settlements on hold even after submitting the demanded documents

This is hereby to inform that razorpay has put our settlements on hold which is a sum of rupees ₹ 22, 224.95, they are even not clearing the matter and recently they have demanded some invoices of random payments which we have submitted.
Still they haven’t enabled our settlements,
It is shameful for a company like razorpay to get listed on consumer complaints.in
Hope they will now enable our settlements or we would have to take some more action in this concern.
