I purchased a bag from zouk.co.in on July 9th: Kutch Gamthi Women's Office Bag. Order ID: #884739. I did not like the bag and emailed their support at [protected]@zouk.co.in on July 13th. After reaching out multiple times, the return was initiated on July 17th. However, there was no call from their delivery partner until July 19th. Upon contacting them again, I was informed on July 22nd that the return was marked as "consignee unavailable." There was no call to me from their partner.
After reaching out multiple times again, the return was re-initiated on July 23rd. Since then, for the last 7 days, the reverse pick-up has still not been done. Was this information helpful? |
