Dear Sir/ Madam, we need your help. I had purchase tab for my brother swapnil for 11, 12th science. Byju's agent Mr. Agarwal (Mobile no.[protected] approached us and we bought Byju package for class 11, 12th paying an amount of Rs. 65000/.At the time of deal, we were said that i[censored] don't find our product satisfied, you can return it within 15 days and the amount will be refunded. After receiving the package, my brother studied from ot for about 7 days and he wasn't satisfied at all. We called the same person about returning the product. He insured that he will pay attention towards our concern but didn't picked up the call even after 4-5 days of trying. We even approached their customer care but didn't got any sufficient response. I had mailed them so many times.It is my request to please solve our issue. I didn't expected this from reputed company byju.. If in this way they will cheat innocent parents, then one day they had to shut there business... This is not the way to behave with ur customers..we are trying from 4days, nobody is responding to our Problems.. I m shocked that after so many complaints, still this fraud company has looted so many parents.. I want my refund of money... Otherwise I had to pull them into legal Case..They are not following there policies of 15days then why they had made it..fraud cheater byju... This is there technique for shaping up future of child... They jus want to make money.. I want strict action against this... So many complaints I hd seen here... Then also this byju is still looting people..
