I have requesting to cancel the registration and avanse loan from August 2022. but still not cancelled my account and continuously threatened me details are mentioned in enclosed image.

and my CIBIL score also going down
i have raised so many complaints and follow-ups to Byjus customer care but there is no response from them.

Please help me I am not taking services of Byjus products

      I am cancelling my subscription of BYJU. On 13 Aug 2022 I paid amount of Rs 5000 for IAS Program Course. Later that BYJU’S team will processed the loan for 32000. But on 18 Aug 2022 i cancelled the product and i received Rs. 5000 back to my account. But now I’m getting lien charges daily with the name of ABFLBIJU for Rs 32000. But I’m not taken any course and Cancelled everything. I thought that once I receive paid amount of Rs 5000 back to me everything I ordered was cancelled including loan process. But I’m charging daily lien amount. I requested to cancel loan amount but no one reply of response i have wrote so many mail but action, they told me that no EMI will be debited from your account as we are processing the case for cancellation. But i came to know that BYJUS cheats me and not cancelled my course. I am in deep sorrow.

        I am purchased the tablet course for the preparation of civil service examination but now i cannot prepare for this examination because now i am in dubai.I cannnot prepare for for the civil service examination. I had sent my product to the byju's but still cancellation not done. So kindly cancel this course and, cancel the EMI and refund the amount as soon as possible.           My payment transaction to Byjus -
          BRZR[protected] Amount INR 88, 000/-

          Byjus cheated in following ways -
          1) My Daughter PARNAVI's 5th std. result is already out - Byjus still taken fees of INR 14, 000/ - for 5th std. (During orientation attended at Naupada, Thane they clarified next month onwards they will start teaching for 6th std.) - I requested Byjus to compensate same amount to my daughter for 8th std but they refused - Byjus cheated here!

          2) Byjus told my kid will get 5 days online class ( Mon/Tuesday 4 pm to 6 pm & Wed / Thursday / Friday 7 pm to 9pm and Saturday will be offline class at Naupada-Thane between 7 to 9 pm - But Byjus Naupada thane clarified that we have been mis feed with the information and online classes will be only for two days only and that too only for Science & Math's, English Grammar or Social Science subject they don't have any teacher who can clarify my Daughters doubt which was promised by Byjus representative during sales speech...Byjus cheated us

          3) I gave one more admission to Byjus ( Soham Bhaumik ), that student is our Neighbour who has received learn station at his house address two days ago but our;s still not received...Byjus Naupada Thane told us that they don't have any information / clue about our learning station...Byjus cheated us everywhere.

          Still I believe in Byjus so I am escalating this as complaint for the resolution to honor promises you do to student through your representatives.
          I am expecting your positive replies from Byjus considering you being committed towards students' education!

            My Daughter Ms. Shrishtee Singh is a student of Class 8th and she is taking class in Biju's Haridwar Center. We are not satisficed with her performance.
            I already apply for cancellation process one month before, but center administration is not taking it seriously. They are not processing my application after many reminder. I also request through the mail but no response, only provide a request no 44548390.

                The request number is 44318260.
                We have enrolled in the Crash Course class for NEET preparation for my daughter. Our counsellor Mr Faisal Khan ensured us that the course would start after March 16th as requested and insisted by us. We were very particular about that date as the 12th board exam finishes by that time only. But once we finished our payment I started getting notifications about the live classes. When raising this matter with Faisal, he couldn’t properly reply to us. We don’t understand why we were not instructed properly on this matter. It seems that we were pushed into paying the amount ignoring all our requests and withholding important information from us.

                I was contacted by Mr. Prithvesh Pal, the mentor assigned to us, he assured me that he’ll take care of that matter. I still am receiving email alerts and Mr. Prithvesh told me that you will get the recordings of the classes which I don’t need as I want my daughter to have live classes. We asked them to enroll to correct NEET Crash Course otherwise cancel our Subscription. Every time we call or sent an email, they will reply within24 hours the issue will be resolved.
                Now It is more than 3 weeks, no one taking action and responding to our issue. Please careful with BYJUs, they are only interested in taking money from you. Once you paid the amount, then you can’t reach anyone and only automated message will be received. BEAWARE of them.

                    Firstly byjus sales person told that i can cancel the product within 15 days if I'm not satisfied and just to use it for 15 days. I have informed the team before trial period is over. They also told me that product will be cancelled. But it's been a month I have called them so many times they just that I'll get call back soon but there is no response. Now that emi payment is tomorrow they told me that they can't cancel the product. She told that only she can resolve that issue and she will not do that. She was being rude.
                    I have the right to get a full refund. I have paid 10, 000 as down payment and i have informed before 15 days. I will take a legal action and fight till end. I hope this issue gets resolved immediately.

                      Hello Team,
                      As I have paid 500 for my admission then I pay 46, 500/- through credit card EMI for UPSC(IAS) course I’m not able to continue it, due to time management or family issue I will not be able to continue the course for 8 month I have paid this amount I would like to refund now. Kindly help me with it please, it’s an emergency. As I take the admission on 17th feb and I cancelled the course on 23rd feb through email on [protected]@byjus.com and [protected]@byjus.com as for further communication and the earlier mentioned, they said that our senior manager is going to connect me after 24 to 48 hours but I did not receive response from their side its been already 9 days completed and I want my refund amount please help me out, please respose me as soon as possible.

                            I have purchased their Byju's classroom program in 2021. They provided me a Tablet, which was not completely accessible by me. In December 2022, subscription is over and I asked them to unlock the Tablet. I called them in Jan 2023, Feb 2023 and Today. But still they are not giving me the password or unlocking the Tablet.

                            Once I submitted a complaint, but they ticked it as resolved without doing anything....

                                I bought a 3 yr course for class 10th 11th and 12th on the promise of offline classes in class 11th now i am being told to take admission in aakash offline center separately as well as told to pay the online fee too when i asked for a refund i am being told that i am past the 15 days refund period

                                  As discussed I have spoken to your customer care number of times including Senior Manager Mohini of your Bengaluru Office for cancellation of my subscription within 15 days of your product delivery. Accordingly based on my complaint for cancellation Request ID: 37553062 was generated.

                                  Byju has confirmed initiation of refund and confirmed bank details by transferring Rs1 to my account on 07/09/2022, they assured Rs.67205/- they will transfer within 10-15 days… till now I have not received any amount from their side.

                                  Helpline is of no use as every executive keeps telling he can’t do anything.

                                  Fed up with the Byju’s after sales service

                                    Byjus product SO-[protected] which we purchased for our daughter Aditi Parihar.

                                    I have spoken to their customer care number of times including Senior Manager Mohini of Bengaluru Office for cancellation of my subscription within 15 days of your product delivery. Accordingly based on my complaint for cancellation Request ID: 37553062 was generated.
                                    Byju has initiated refund, for bank detail confirmation they has transferred 1 rs to my account on 07/09/2022 and assure that they will transfer rest Rs. 67205 within 10-15 days, it’s been 6 months already gone but I have yet not received any amount from their side. Every time whenever I call customer service their fixed answer is we will arrange call back and within 24-48 hrs u will receive a call from us.. however they don’t call

                                    Their Helpline is of no use as every executive keeps telling he can’t do anything & I will get a call back from cancellation team which has never materialised till now.

                                    Fed up with the Byju’s after sales service,
