I had subscribed to Byju's Online Tuitions for my son on 01st August 2023 and the agreed fees for Class IX and X was Rs. 60000 which was converted into 18 EMI on my ICICI Amazon Card. Of these, 07 EMI have been paid.

However, I have found the quality of tuitions very deficient and have written to them as well as called them multiple times for cancellation of the services.

There is no response from Byju's and the call center person obstructs any attempt to seek a resolution.

I seek the balance EMI be cancelled immediately from Byju's end.

    On February 26, 2023, I bought the course for my son G. Bhavith Sai. I made a down payment of 6, 463.10 using the payment ID pay_LL3cqWjE3j887s. The remaining balance was financed BYJU's using ABFL, loan ID LXW-M[protected]. I then decided to cancel the course. They started the cancellation process on March 27th 2023.I received my return a few days later, but the ABFL LXW-M[protected] loan is still active. In my Cibil, it appears to be past due. negatively affecting my Cibil score. Do the necessary checks and actions.

      Dear sir
      As per proposal of Whitehat Junior subsidiary of BYJUs was going to provide 300 coding classes at 192000rs with rate per class Rs 640.
      Its was told that refund of the paid amount would be made if we decide to discontinue the classes in between.
      Whitehat arranged for loan with its loan partner Grayquest .Monthly EMI of Rs 8000 was required to be paid by me and it was told no interest will be charged until 24 months.
      The Classes started in May 2022 and i kept paying the monthly EMIs .The classes done were fewer than the amount being deposited every month. On 07 Oct 23 i discontinued the classes. I asked for refund of the additional amount which i had paid over a period of time as my son had attended lesser number of classes than the amount deposited. I also informed them to intimate Grayquest the loan partner of Whitehat to stop deducting EMIs. Even after intimating them to stop probably Whitehat did not inform Grayquest who again deducted Rs 8000 EMI.I confronted on the subject with Whitehat . Whitehat on 5 Nov 23 intimated that Grayquest has been paid the foreclosure amount by them and amount to be refunded to me by Whitehat is Rs 67970(sixty seven thousand nine hundred seventy).They also intimated that additional EMI of Rs 8000 deducted by Grayquest would also be refunded to me by Grayquest within a month..On 07 Nov 23 i was intimated that within 20 to 25 working days my money would be refunded. I did not receive any refund from both Whitehat and Grayquest till 05 Dec 23 and on the other hand i kept getting EMI deduction messages from Grayquest. Grayquest representative informed me that Whitehat has not paid any foreclosure amount to them.I forwarded the copy of email of Whitehat to Grayquest wherein Whitehat had intimated me that foreclosure amount has been paid to Grayquest and Greyquet would also return my last EMI of Rs 8000 deducted after intimation of discontinuation of classes. On 05 Dec 23 i again forwarded a mail to Whitehat for refund, Whitehat customer care does not have any phone no to contact them and one can only chat with them . I requested through chat for giving a call to me which they kept promising but never called back and repeated set answer during chat was inconvenience regrated someone will call you within 24 hrs but no one ever called till date. On 07 Dec 24 mail was received that inconvenience regretted refund would be done by mid Jan 24.In between i kept getting message from Grayquest to pay EMI . I still had not received any refund so i again mailed on 18 Jan 24 asking for refund . I received reply on 22Jan 24 that refund would be made by end Feb 24. Feb 24 when i did not receive refund i again sent a mail but did not receive any reply. I am a salaried person wanted a better future for my child but has got stuck with fraud companies like BYJUs which is not returning my hard earned money and its loan partner is continuously sending EMI deduction messages even though they also have to refund to me Rs 8000 .Whitehat does not seems to be intending to refund of my money as it has continuously failed to keep up with its word and time limits. Rs 68000 is big amount for me and delay affects my life harshly. Request make Whitehat to refund my entire money to me and Whitehat should intimate its loan partner to refund my Rs 8000 . its a big harassment and monetary loss and whitehat and Grayquetst should pay for it.

        I have enrolled in a premium course for my son from BYJUS on a 15-day trial basis and I bought this course through Credit Card EMIs, as the statement by the BYJUS sales executive is that you will receive a call from the BYJUS team before 15 days for confirmation and based on the confirmation BYJUS are proceed with the EMI transaction, I never got a call by BYJUS then I have sent a cancellation mail on the same day from 13th day received the product. I have called and discussed several times with BYJUS support and the Senior team but no response from their end, also they told me that they approved the whole refund amount and credited Rs. 1 to my account for account verification, but the whole amount not getting refunded and they suddenly started the EMIs without intimation. I wanted to get my refund back and take strict action against BYJUS for unprofessional behavior so that no one can suffer like me. I think is a scam by BYJUS and take strict action on the same.

          I am AYUSH VERMA, i was joined the couse of 12+jee, the mentor told us that if you don't want continue with course then fees will be refunded within 15 days of joining.
          I claimed for refund the course fees within 15 days, but till now they are just giving excuses about refund,
          i want refund, plz check where is this process? and all details about this.

              When I initially enrolled my child in their 3-year course, we received physical books, for the first year. During this time, my child would complete homework using the books and submit it through the app. The tablet was primarily used for watching recorded lectures only, with minimal screen time. However, now that my child has progressed to 2nd grade, Byju informed us that they would no longer provide physical books from now on. This means that my child will have to do all homework exclusively on Byju's tablet, increasing screen time for a five-year-old, which is something no parent desires. This change was not communicated to us at the time of enrollment, where it was explicitly stated that we would receive books annually throughout the course. We feel deceived, especially considering the significant investment of approximately 90k for the three-year course. If Byju decides to alter their program policies, such changes should only affect new enrollments, not existing ones like ours.

                I took subcription of IAS on 13 januray and paid registration money of Rs 10, 000 and my actual online batch started from 1 feb. I dont like the classes and mailed them on 4 february to cancel my subcription but still i ma mailing them. They are not responding to my query but calling again and again for EMI. why should i pay for this month and the account section department is saying that team will not listen until you will not pay the money of this month. This is fraud. I want to cancel my subcription

                  Dear sir,
                  My name is Azhagu Kumar. Initially, I started with my subscription in BYJUS of AE/JE course with this mail id ([protected]@gmail.com) by paid 12, 000. In this course Counsellor Nandita ([protected]) told that they will provide live English course for Mechanical, Finally provided recorded course only and blocked my number in BYJUS.

                  After that I tried to contact Byjus helpline from my another number. The counsellor Deepak ([protected]) Assisted with me. He told that you already enrolled in general batch only. So if you upgrade to premium batches surely we will provide English live course and refund your old subscription amount of 12, 000Rs. He told if you Pay one more 15, 000 for premium batches, with in 24 to 48 Hrs, Byjus will refund your old subscription money. After enrolment with my another mail id ([protected]@gmail.com) by paid 15, 000 again, I came to know everything is Lie. Because there is no live class started by Byjus for Mechanical Engineering. Finally No English Live Provided and No Amount Refunded.

                  He also told that Vikas sir started live Class for Mechanical Engineering in English on 29th January. That is also lie. Vikas sir confirmed in his recent live that No such live classes started by him.

                  I have audio proof talked by Counsellor And Video Confirmation by Vikas Sir And WhatsApp Chats.

                  If Byjus Provide the service what they assured, they can reject refund request. But they gave lie information and fake assurance for make me enrolled in course for money. So for this reason I want my money 15, 000 refund.

                  No proper response from grievance team also

                  I was cheated by Byjus two times in this issue. So kindly help me to get refund for atleast one course below details.

                      Loan cancellation Pending

                      I Ashutosh Dwivedi had bought a UPSC IAS course through byjus but in 12 days i got that the course was not what i was looking for my optional so i cancelled it and got the refcund and requested for my loan cancellation also but still it is pending with them for 8 months and no one is replying to me on that, because of which my CIBIL score has depreciated 130 points.

My registration date is 17th Oct 23 and cancelation mail drop on 28th Oct 23 and again drop 31th Oct 23 but till date not solved issue and also courier service show delivered item on 3th Oct 23 how it is possible before registration item delivered.

                                  Not refunding my money as per commitment made as well not cancelled my loan*

                                  I am writing to request the cancellation of my online subscription with BYJU'S. As per your policy, it was mentioned that we can cancel the subscription anytime within 15 days, and I would like to exercise that option.

                                  On 16th Jan 2024 i have purchased the online class subscription from 6th to 9th class for BYJUs.
                                  We have made payment of Rs. 10, 000/- in advance on 16th Jan 2024 and 0% interest loan of Rs. 62000 with 18months EMI. Representative assured us that if you you are not happy with BYJUs, you can cancel the order within 15 days after receiving learning kit and will get back 100% refund with no question policy.

                                  On 17th Jan 2024 we have raised cancellation request through emails ([protected]@byjus.com and [protected]@byjus.com) and also by calling at their customer care.

                                  I am not receiving proper response from BYJUs. Their customer care telling that "you will get call from cancellation team within 24 hours" i have never received call. I have received automated reply on my emails, My EMI from bank also need to cancel. Not getting any satisfactory solution from the team even support agent is saying they will consider the request only if they find reasonable concern for the cancellation despite the commitment of no question policy form the BYJU's sales team (finding it fake commitment and making people fool). Even after reading thousands of email i am worrying for my money.

                                  They falsely convincing parents to enrol for trial period with refund assurance, but they are not refunding.

                                  Government should make strict policies on these false giantess by these fake institutions. I have reported this fraud on cyber crime portal, and with local police. Waiting for response from them.

                                  Hope this consumer website will solve my issue.

                                  This Case and complained is not resolved, why you mark it resolved its still open and I am following up in every 15 days.

                                  Subject: Follow-up on BYJU’S Refund Status - Urgent Attention Needed

                                  I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to follow up on the status of my refund request, which was initiated on January 17th, 2024. As of today, March 3rd, 2024, 2 of my EMI are already deducted on 5th Feb and 5th March 2024 next is due to 5th april 2024. My EMI’s are still running and not stoped while it should be stoped immediately as I initiated the cancellation of the subscription. I have yet to receive any confirmation or update regarding the cancellation of my subscription and immigrated action of stoping my accounts EMIs.

                                  This prolonged delay in processing the refund is becoming increasingly frustrating and stressful for me. Despite my continuous efforts to follow up on the status, I have not received any satisfactory answers or confirmation regarding the cancellation.

                                  Attached to this email is a screenshot showing that one EMI has already been deducted from my account, further emphasizing the urgency of this matter.

                                  I kindly request your urgent attention to this issue and prompt resolution of the refund process. It is imperative that I receive confirmation of the cancellation and the initiation of the refund at the earliest convenience.

                                    Sir I joined online course in byjus for ias. I joined at march2023. But without my knowledge they joined me at loan ecs process.they are not give books as they say. So I asked cancellation with in 15 days to counsellor. But they convinced me last few months.after that I can't pay money for finance issue and asked cancellation. But they threatened me to pay for loan. It is ecs loan so they give penalty every month even I have no money in my account. I struggled for cancellation
