My name is Azhagu Kumar. Initially, I started with my subscription in BYJUS of AE/JE course with this mail id ([protected]@gmail.com) by paid 12, 000. In this course Counsellor Nandita ([protected]) told that they will provide live English course for Mechanical, Finally provided recorded course only and blocked my number in BYJUS.
After that I tried to contact Byjus helpline from my another number. The counsellor Deepak ([protected]) Assisted with me. He told that you already enrolled in general batch only. So if you upgrade to premium batches surely we will provide English live course and refund your old subscription amount of 12, 000Rs. He told if you Pay one more 15, 000 for premium batches, with in 24 to 48 Hrs, Byjus will refund your old subscription money. After enrolment with my another mail id ([protected]@gmail.com) by paid 15, 000 again, I came to know everything is Lie. Because there is no live class started by Byjus for Mechanical Engineering. Finally No English Live Provided and No Amount Refunded.
He also told that Vikas sir started live Class for Mechanical Engineering in English on 29th January. That is also lie. Vikas sir confirmed in his recent live that No such live classes started by him.
I have audio proof talked by Counsellor And Video Confirmation by Vikas Sir And WhatsApp Chats.
If Byjus Provide the service what they assured, they can reject refund request. But they gave lie information and fake assurance for make me enrolled in course for money. So for this reason I want my money 15, 000 refund.
No proper response from grievance team also
I was cheated by Byjus two times in this issue. So kindly help me to get refund for atleast one course below details.
