    Dear Byju’s Support Team,

    I am writing to express my concern and seek immediate resolution regarding an unauthorized personal loan that has been activated on my father’s bank account.

    My name is Ashutosh, and I had enrolled in your IAS course in September 2022. As per your policy, I made a down payment of INR 5, 000 and received the course materials, including 13 books and a tablet. However, after reviewing the course, I decided to return all materials within 7 days, well within the 15-day satisfaction guarantee period. The refund of INR 5, 000 was promptly processed and credited to my account within 10 days.

    Since then, I have been preoccupied with my college commitments and did not notice any discrepancies until last month when I discovered that a personal loan by Byju’s was active on my father’s bank account. This loan has been deducting INR 6, 500 every month without my knowledge or consent.

    I would like to highlight that at no point was I informed about this loan activation, nor does it align with your policy of canceling the course and issuing a full refund upon return of the materials. The lack of communication and transparency in this matter is highly concerning.

    I have attempted to resolve this issue through your support team for over a month now but have not received adequate assistance or information.

    Please consider this email as a formal request to immediately stop the deductions from my bank account and process a full refund for the unauthorized loan amount that has been collected thus far. If this matter is not addressed within the next 3 days, I will be compelled to escalate the issue to the Consumer Court for resolution.

    I trust that Byju’s values its customers and will take prompt action to rectify this situation. Your immediate attention to this matter is highly appreciated.

      We enrolled JANVI JEEVAN in the BYJU'S offline program at the PALAKKAD center in KERALA on[protected] only because of offline classes at the centre. Unfortunately, we were recently informed that the PALAKAKD center has closed.(April 2024).
      I sent many emails regarding this, but pathetic response from their support
      Please help us to solve this

        Two persons from Byju's visited for my daughter (Apeksha Sharma) for free demo class in Feb 24. For this I was asked for the registration on the Byju's website for the premium service with EMI facility on Debit Card.
        My registered M.No. [protected].
        Dedicated teacher was promised for the student and routine monitoring of student progress was promised. I received the kit with in 7 days. I haven't taken any class through Byju's as no teacher contacted for the course.
        He assured me to get the confirmation call before start of the premium service. After confirmation only the payment will be processed for course.
        From then I haven't got the any call either from Byju's or by their any staff.
        I on 30 May 24, come to notice EMI amount is getting debited from my account.
        I contacted Byju's for cancellation and refund of Fee as student haven't taken any class and neither any teacher assigned for the course as promised.
        They are now saying no cancellation is permitted now. I am feeling cheated from them.

          My son, who is currently in Class XII, has registered with Byjus Online platform since Class VI. I have paid full amount for his online tuition till Class XII CBSE (including JEE NEET). As per the t & c, Byjus are required to send Study materials by post. Accordingly, I have been receiving the study materials till his Class XI. However, despite requesting them several times at [protected]@byjus.com giving details of Student's registered email id, contact number, they did not respond/ send the study materials.

              My daughter has been left with no teacher for over 6 weeks now with no classes taken. I have complained multitude of time and no action has been taken.

              Dishant our counsellor is offering really bad service and persisted only until he took the money from us and has completely ignored all attempt to make contact to resolve issues.

              This company practices are unacceptable - mal practice to both teachers and parents.
              I requested refund but that’s been ignored too.
              Their complaints website https://byjus.com/grievance-redressal also ignores complains despite stating 96% resolution reached which I don’t believe is true when you read the trust pilot and other complaints website.

              It states all complaints are resolved within 24 hours but they have not even acknowledged my complaint email.

                Hi

                We have taken Byjus subscription for 6th to 9 th classes for Rs. 1lak on September 2024.

                First they are so active and responsive till i took the subscription. But later i found that the classes are not understanding to my kid.

                From last one month no classes are coming to my child. When i called Mr.Teja kuna has responded that classes are crashed soon it may resume.
                But they simply sending the reminders for classes but when we click that link no classes will be joined.

                I have understood that i have wasted my 1 lak worth of money and even my child's career too. Hence requesting to help us in getting the refund from byjus team since no body is responding to my mails and calls.

                Byjus classes are not understanding and from last one month classes are not coming

                  My Daughter tamaira Thakran was enrolled for a 3 years course for her 6, 7, 8 grade. the first year went fine, classes were happening in time, the second year the situation started getting BAD with occasional classes, no revert at the queries etc .
                  now 3 year has started & not a single class has been initiated, no one picks the dwarka centre phone number so i went to centre on saturday - it was LOCKED to my surprise .
                  We are still paying the EMIs for the lump sum amount that BYJU charged us 2 year back . pl resolve the same & revert .

                    I'm VIGNESWAR V. I'm recently joined in one year gate course in byjus. My order id is SO-[protected] . Since I didn't not able to concentrate on my studies and my family facing financial issues I went to job. So I have decided to cancel my course. For last one and half month I'm trying to cancel my course but still there is no proper response from byjus team. Every time when I call for my course cancellation they are telling cancellation team will reach you within 48 hours. But still they didn't call me and also they didn't respond to my mail for my course cancellation. This made me mentally stressed and I can't able to do my work properly.                         We have two classes on Monday and two on Tuesday. One is math and another is Science. But for three weeks the last class on Tuesday which is a science class is meant to be start from 8:00 pm. The class has started but the tutor is absent in the class. These issue is faced by our whole batch even if we try to contact our mentor or customer care it says " Representative is not available." If these issues occur daily then how are we supposed to learn? If things like this happen then we want refund.

                          My child follow byju's SD card content for her studies since 6th Grade. she was very satisfied and could read and understand well the concepts she learn. Byju's package is valid for her till 12th Grade. But suddenly we are not able to activate her 10th grade SD card content and she is upset and couldn't progress well. I request the team to work on it at the earliest to get a positive response on this issue.
                          This is about a child future.

                              Subject: Unresolved Complaint Regarding Byju's IAS Course Order No.[protected]

                              I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service provided by Byju's regarding my enrollment in their IAS course. In 2022, I made a one-time payment for the course, which boasted a two-year validity period. Given that I reside in Germany, I additionally paid 30, 000 rupees for the shipment of essential study materials, including a tablet.

                              Despite my earnest efforts to communicate with Byju's customer care team, I have been met with indifference and a blatant lack of accountability. Despite multiple attempts, including phone calls, emails(Request number:[protected], and complaints, my concerns regarding the non-arrival of the study materials have gone unanswered. Promised callbacks within 24 hours have consistently failed to materialize.
                              As a result of this ongoing delay and lack of communication, the two-year validity period of my registered course has now expired. Consequently, I find myself in the frustrating predicament of being unable to access the study materials I paid for within the allotted timeframe.

                              This situation has not only caused me significant financial strain, with the extra cost incurred for international shipping, but it has also deprived me of the opportunity to engage with the course content effectively and make the most of the educational resources I invested in.

                              Update on Complaint - No Response on Refund Process

                              I am writing to provide an update regarding my ongoing dissatisfaction with Byju's customer service. After posting my initial complaint, I received an email from Byju's offering a refund of INR 109, 000. They provided me with three voucher codes to facilitate the refund process.

                              However, when I tried to initiate the refund using these voucher codes at my ICICI bank, I was met with confusion. The bank employees were unsure about how to process the refund, and despite my efforts to reach out to Byju's for clarification, I received no response. I contacted Byju's customer support multiple times, including by email (on June 13, 2024) and phone calls, but I have been met with complete indifference and a lack of accountability.

                              The promised support never came, and I am left without any guidance on how to proceed with the refund. This has caused me significant frustration, as I am still unable to redeem the voucher and complete the refund process. It is deeply disappointing that Byju's has failed to follow through on their promises and has not provided the necessary assistance despite multiple attempts to resolve this issue.

                                I have enrolled the byjus course on 20th nov 2023, with in the trail period of 14 days itself i raised mail for cancel the course, from that to till now there's no response from the byjus. I call so many time to the customer service, they were telling, our cancellation representative will connect with you within 72 hours. But still there no response from them also. Please the cancel the byjus course immediately.

                                  I registered my child in the JEE 12th syllabus but I cancelled this course on 18th Dec'23 and I didn't get my refund (Rs. 88000/-). I sent several emails or called support and cancellation team but I didn't get a positive result in the last four months. as per company policy 100% refund when we cancelled with in 15 days. I cancelled after two days.

                                  Not refunding my money as per commitment made as well not cancelled my Credit card EMI*

                                  On 18 Dec 2023, emailed to BYJUs cancellation email id and support email id, on 3rd Jan 2024 they told that cancellation processed of 12 JEE Course online classes online package for my child.
                                  We have made payment of Rs. 88 000/- in advance on 16 December 2023. Representative assured us that if you you are not happy with BYJUs, you can cancell order within 15 days. will get back 100% refund.
                                  As we had not received any learning kit and not happy with BYJUs, we have raised cancellation request from 18 Dec 2023 through emails and also by calling at their customer care.
                                  Today 19 April 2024, till date i have not received my refund. Almost daily i am giving emails and daily calling on their customer service, i am not receiving proper response from BYJUs. Their customer care telling that "you will get call from cancellation team within 72 hours "

                                      I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent experience with BYJU'S. On 21 feb 2024, I purchased a course from your company after being assured by your counselor, Siddhant Singh, that the program included live classes. However, after completing the payment, I discovered that the course only offered recorded lectures.

                                      This misrepresentation is unacceptable. I specifically chose BYJU'S based on the promise of live interaction.
                                      Furthermore, I received a damaged tablet with my order. Additionally, it has been 56 days since I purchased the course, and I have yet to receive the promised study materials.

                                        We purchased Byju'a premium app / learning app for our child which is valid from Grade 6 to Grade 12 and is paid fully. Every year, the SD card has to be activated through customer service. Currently, we couldnot activate our child 10th Grade SD card and this hurdles her learning. We want Byju's to respond immediately and take this as urgent matter and sort it out.
