I have cancelled Byjus subscription on 07 March, 2023. The team asked me to wait for a month to get EMI cancelled. But in October ₹590 rupees were debited 16 times as ACH RTN CHRG i.e, ₹9, 440. Then I got to know that loan is still active.
When I contacted salesperson, Dilli Prasad,
(Email: [protected]@gmail.com) (mobile no:+[protected] he asked me to pay ₹2, 650 to not have any dues on my account and get NOC. But i didn't receive any NOC till now. Instead I was harrased on calls to pay full EMI.
I even sent many mails to cancellation team but still no proper response.
On 5th December I received a call from Rana Pratap, (email: rana.[protected]@byjus.com) (mobile no: +[protected] he said he was from 'cancellation and refund' team. He asked me to pay ₹7000 in order to keep the tablet with me and get full refund of around ₹23, 780 to "UPI id :[protected]@axl".
Still I didn't get any refund. Later again he asked me to pay ₹1770 as bounce charges to get EMI cancelled.
Now he is asking me to pay one month of EMI i.e, ₹4000 so that finance team will cancel my loan. He is threatening me if I won't pay money my loan will never get cancelled by finance and I would have to pay total EMI.
It's clearly negligence of Byjus team as cancellation was not done properly and i had to suffer such huge losses. I am just from a poor family and a student. Due to Byjus i had to suffer mental pressure &depression for this whole year. I cancelled on March now it's January 2024. Byjus is responsible to cancel my loan and provide me NOC.
I will take this matter legally and fight till end!!
I request you to immediately cancel my loan, give me my refund and NOC! Please look into this issue and respond immediately.

    Regarding cancellation of loan/EMI

    Respected Sir
    I, Rajesh Bapanna had taken a Byju's course (IAS Online) with ref number BYJCFR[protected] by Mr Padala Sai Teja from Byju's manager. They Promised me if you paid it now then you will find concession in fee and course for 3 years. Sir on 25 Ju2023 I paid 7000/ as a registration fee. Sir they provided me loan from for one-year total amount rupees 58000/ for one year as an EMI 4833/ per month and Menter will Call you for Every 2 Weeks and Provide Schedule for 2 Weeks and Couse Books Will Be delivered within 20 Days. But they are not provided any books till nov(I.e.02.01.2024). I contacted so many times through phone and Mail regarding books in the month of July, Aug, Sep-23 after that I sent an email to Byju's regarding cancellation of my course and refund my registration fee and in that I also mention whatever cancellation charge you please can cut it after they only provided me cancellation email of Byju. After this I emailed so many times and called to customer care no then only one reply, I got my Senior manager will you and you get your solution sir I called more time mean while I request customer executive as my course is in cancellation process but they are replied like Books Delivery is the Matter of Logistic Department not by the Finance Department We are Not gurented about Logistic Departemnt Work and We are Not respocible for Delivery of Books we Raise a request to Logistices Department for Delivery books as soon as Possible.Sir I call this no once i say regarding cancellation of course then immediate they cut my call. afterthat i called more than 10 times,
    Then they told me it Byju's policy your Refund will not be possible. Regarding these issues I complain in Consumer forum docket no. 5187900(Through Whatsapp) But showing status as not processed yet.
    Sir I called and message (on what’s app) also so many times to but they are not answering on call as well as what’s app. They are respond With different answers by different people like one person said like Books cost is 5000/- i Waveoff 5000 from your total payment and one person said like Books are at Frre of cost you have pay all the money.. But they are not mention Payment breakup anywhere. I recieved invoive for 65000 with advance payment 7000/- and remaining balence payment to be done by emi 4833/- per mpounth for 12 Months.
    I Contact Byjus Customer Care they told me to Dont Pay any EMI I Raise Compaliant egarding Cancellation of Your Course With ref Number 4094459. After That No Solution But Calls from Finance team of Byjus are Countinued.
    Sir it’s my humble request to you kindly help me out. I got mental harassed(Due to Daily I Had almost 100 Calls from Byjus Payment Team to Pay the EMI) And Byju’s team is not cancelling my course and wanted to take rupees 65000/-. It my hard work and honest earning and All the Documents Related Attached Herewith.
    Sir Kindly Instruct Byju’s team to do the needful and cancel my E- Mandate and also refund my registration fees. I along with my families will be grateful to you

      Even after continuous over the call discussion with Mr. Abhishek and with Mr. Khan Sadiq from Byju's team . Nothing has been initiate on the refund front . I paid 120000 for 3 yrs from for my kid - 8th till 10th . My kid was able to complete 8th but post that she was unable to cope up with the pressure and work load.

      Now even after connecting with the Byju's team and requesting for the same nothing has been done - their are just deaf ear to my request.

      Now they have forced me to file a FIR against with Mr. Abhishek and with Mr. Khan Sadiq, Raveendran, Divya gokulnath .

      They think that cheating people is very easy and they can go with that without anyone raising a question.

      Being in the Nobel industry of education they are behaving like criminal and illiterate.

        Have taken online batch for IAS preparation but Books are not delivered yet. I have taken the classes in August of 85000 nd 35000 is paid through EMI but they haven't sent the books even they are not addressing my problem. They kept on saying after 72 hours you will receive a call but they are not calling back.
        I have called the customer service numerous times bt unfortunately they are not addressing my problem.
        So as of now I want to cancel my subscription but they are not cancelling it even they are not delivering the books.
        I have suffered for last 5 months waiting for books to study as I have to give exam in 2024 for which I have taken the batch. But the company has made a fool of me also taken money and not providing study material.

            I was Purchased one IAS subscribtion. but i was cancelled within 7 days. because am change my mind. I got my refund 7 Thousend in last november 2022.
            I am not aware my loan. recently check my civil score that reflect one loan account active and overdue last 3 month.
            I have try to connect byjus 50 times to provide me loan noc . it's a fake loan active over my pan card.
            i am not paying any emi because i am aware this loan .. how can possible 3 emi overdue that impact my cvil score badly.

              • 27th Oct  Zoom Meeting (Recorded) conducted by Byjus representation with me (Ashwini Gyanuba) basis ANTE test scores qualification of my daughter (Scholarship exam conducted by Aakash’s Byjus). Towards the end of the session I was asked to make registration payment;
              o Offered price was Rs.1, 62, 000 price which apparently was worth Rs 4.5 lakhs course(for 10th, 11th & 12th NEET) for regular admissions otherwise . This offered price was valid ONLY IF Rs.15, 000/- registration amount was paid instantly. I requested to provide a day to think and confirm which was rejected.
              o I went ahead and made the payment via UPI transactions as I had no other option.
              o Some of the promises made during Sale included Faculty would be mostly IITian’s and would be 1:1 coaching. Refund would be in 48hrs within 15 days of cancellation. Refund policy copy was shared when I requested for same in email later.
              • The entire experience from the call made me very uncomfortable as there was no time given to think and looked suspicious to me. I spent the next day enquiring more about this through friends and online sources. As an outcome, I gathered only negative feedback esp on false claims on quality of education and refund policy with several parents struggling to get refund . (This was later validated when we looked at the faculty background and none of these classes were 1:1 as well. It was a group class )
              • I asked for refund but was told by Ashwini Gyanuba that it was not possible till the entire admission process was completed and she said some one would get in touch with me to close this process.
              • 31st Oct – Call with Sabir Shahdad from Byjus to complete the activation process was conducted as I was told refund is only possible after activation of order. This was a Zoom recorded conversation. Was again reassured refund would be in 2-3 days if initiated within 15 days of the purchase . I opted for No Cost EMI via Shopse availed in 2 transactions  1. Rs. XXXXX/- and another Rs.XXXXXX/- for 18 months each
              • 2nd Nov 2023  Initiated cancellation and sent mail to [protected]@byjus.com & [protected]@byjus.com and requested for refund now that admission process was also closed.
              • 8th Nov 2023  Received a call from Vedanth Vyas apparently from Bangalore head office enquiring reasons for cancellation which I communicated on call. Basis the call conversation, he approved the refund on call and also on email and told entire refund would be closed in 20 days per policy and money would be refunded to me to my bank account along with cancellation of Shopse EMI loan . I was requested to share my bank details to which I would like the money to be refunded which I did. He told as a confirmation of bank account details Rs.1/- would be instantly transferred which also happened and I received the money same day.
              o I was asked to return the tablet/SD card package which was delivered to me post admission process. The courier was returned and delivered on 13th Nov to Byjus address as shared on email Via Delhivery Direct Express Tracking Number AWB # XXXXX682
              • Post this, I followed up with several calls to customer care and to cancellations/support email but in Vain. Did mention that my EMI is upcoming and getting reminders from my bank to keep funds ready. None of this was responded or addressed. Finally, the first EMI was deduced on 5th Dec 2023 from my HDFC Bank account. Total Rs.8167/-
              • I continue to follow up every day to their customer care and written several follow up emails almost everyday but in vain. I get a standard response from customer care stating it would get resolved and NO response on emails till date .

                  I experienced very worst service from Byjus. I suggest that not to go with BYJU’S . I tried to call them many time and by email as well. Now I want to cancel and no response from byjus. They grabbed my money I got very worst learning platform. I will never suggest to any body to choose byjus. Even there Custmer care also very rude. Please share me the nodal for officer email I’d. Finally I will see byjus in consumer court. They don’t want to return my money. They want to grab money only .

                    I am enrolled course in byjus gate 2024 in august...but byjus not fulfill his commitment..they saying me we are provide study material and all but not giving yet...i am already paid 10000 to byju without any benefit, i am already mail to byjus for cancellation due to financial issue but no reply from byjus side.

                    Byju representative call me and ask for payment in forcefully manner..they said cancellation is not possible...it is compulsory to pay entire amount otherwise we take bounce charges.

                      I am purchase byju gate 2024 in 31st august 2023 that time garima mathur counsellor give a commitment to we can give all study material and best service but 3 month already completed no study material received and service is third class..i need to cancel this course but they not accepting my cancellation...please file a case against byju...already i am paying 10000 and remaining 25000 he says to me it is compulsory to pay..

                        Dear Sir/Madam,

                        I am writing this letter to express my disappointment regarding the services provided by BYJU'S company. On 28th September 2023, I availed the services for my 10th-grade kid and was dissatisfied with how they did not even bother to check if the kid attending classes. Despite my repeated attempts to seek redressal, I was unable to receive any satisfactory response from the customer service department. I was left feeling ignored and frustrated by the lack of attention to my complaints. I would appreciate it if you could address this matter and take appropriate measures to ensure that this service is canceled and the amount is refunded.

                            I had taken 3 years course for my daughter paying Rs.50, 000/- but since august 23 the Byju's app is not working . nor the customer care is replying to the calls email. i want my funds back, we have paid our hard earn money, her 2 years are left only 1 year is complete .please resolve our complaint . i need my funds back .have put several mails they don't reply also.. we are middle class people for us 50k is too much .

                              Today I was not able to connect with my byjus app that i subscribed for. This is due to SD card error. I am asked for the pin code in SD card which i don't know. So i tried calling the helpline number many times but it doesn't seem to work. There is no response at all.

                                My daughter S .Sree Harini (reg mob no :[protected])took byjus class for grade 7, we discontinued the class from June . The auto debit of amount from my account was stopped, but the loan account in my name was not closed, I'm getting over due to such an issue.My cibil score was reduced for past 3 months and getting pressure to close all the loans from the bank side .I was keep on calling to your team to close that loan account from byjus, none of the action was taken and I'm getting suffered because of the mistake from your side . Kindly do close my loan account as soon as possible .
