      I'm Reena Baghel from Chhattisgarh India. I'm already subscriber of Byjus edtech online learning platform company for
      CAT2024 on 28th October 2023.

      But i want to stop this course and cancel EMI loan process. Due to some financial and personal reasons.

      I informed already so many times to the company's email id but they are not responding properly that's why I'm here to

            Not refunding my money as per commitment made as well not cancelled my loan*

            I am writing to request the cancellation of my online subscription with BYJU'S. As per your policy, it was mentioned that we can cancel the subscription anytime within 15 days, and I would like to exercise that option.

            On 16th Jan 2024 i have purchased the online class subscription from 6th to 9th class for BYJUs.
            We have made payment of Rs. 10, 000/- in advance on 16th Jan 2024 and 0% interest loan of Rs. 62000 with 18months EMI. Representative assured us that if you you are not happy with BYJUs, you can cancel the order within 15 days after receiving learning kit and will get back 100% refund with no question policy.

            On 17th Jan 2024 we have raised cancellation request through emails ([protected]@byjus.com and [protected]@byjus.com) and also by calling at their customer care.

            I am not receiving proper response from BYJUs. Their customer care telling that "you will get call from cancellation team within 24 hours" i have never received call. I have received automated reply on my emails, My EMI from bank also need to cancel. Not getting any satisfactory solution from the team even support agent is saying they will consider the request only if they find reasonable concern for the cancellation despite the commitment of no question policy form the BYJU's sales team (finding it fake commitment and making people fool). Even after reading thousands of email i am worrying for my money.

            They falsely convincing parents to enrol for trial period with refund assurance, but they are not refunding.

            Government should make strict policies on these false giantess by these fake institutions. I have reported this fraud on cyber crime portal, and with local police. Waiting for response from them.

            Hope this consumer website will solve my issue.

            This Case and complained is not resolved, why you mark it resolved its still open and I am following up in every 15 days.

            Subject: Follow-up on BYJU’S Refund Status - Urgent Attention Needed

            I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to follow up on the status of my refund request, which was initiated on January 17th, 2024. As of today, March 3rd, 2024, 2 of my EMI are already deducted on 5th Feb and 5th March 2024 next is due to 5th april 2024. My EMI’s are still running and not stoped while it should be stoped immediately as I initiated the cancellation of the subscription. I have yet to receive any confirmation or update regarding the cancellation of my subscription and immigrated action of stoping my accounts EMIs.

            This prolonged delay in processing the refund is becoming increasingly frustrating and stressful for me. Despite my continuous efforts to follow up on the status, I have not received any satisfactory answers or confirmation regarding the cancellation.

            Attached to this email is a screenshot showing that one EMI has already been deducted from my account, further emphasizing the urgency of this matter.

            I kindly request your urgent attention to this issue and prompt resolution of the refund process. It is imperative that I receive confirmation of the cancellation and the initiation of the refund at the earliest convenience.

            Your immediate action and update on the status of my refund request would be greatly appreciated.

              Sir I joined online course in byjus for ias. I joined at march2023. But without my knowledge they joined me at loan ecs process.they are not give books as they say. So I asked cancellation with in 15 days to counsellor. But they convinced me last few months.after that I can't pay money for finance issue and asked cancellation. But they threatened me to pay for loan. It is ecs loan so they give penalty every month even I have no money in my account. I struggled for cancellation

                  reasons are given below:-
                  1. As per commitment mentor support is Nil.
                  2. No live classes scheduled as well which have given us on joining time

                  3. My sister is not taking interest in Program due to lack of doubt solving by
                  byjus.
                  4. Syllabus is Different from coaching Syllabus.
                  5. And I'm also not satisfied with a program which is more helpful than
                  tuition.
                  6. Monthly EMI is very heavy for me, I can't afford this much.
                  7. more important u guys never care about customer satisfaction at all

                  I request to you please cancel my program immediately and effectively
                  from today, and initiate the refund in my account that given below and

                    I first bought the Byju's IAS course in 2022 which was valid till December31, 2023. I extended my course for one more year (till December 2024) which was costing 24, 000 rupees.
                    When my first subscription got expired on December 31, 2023- my all the access were blocked as if my purchase was ended despite the one-year extension. I've mailed and called them many times and only respond I'm getting is - we're escalating your query, and it will be resolved within 2 days.

                    It's been 12 days today and they're not providing me any access of class or test series and their order can't be cancelled as they have 15-days policy but how would I know that I will have such issue because the time I extended- I was already consuming my first purchase which was till 31st December.

                    Long story short I'm not getting the service I paid for.

                      सर मेरा नाम संतोष प्रसाद है मैंने 27 फरवरी 2023 को अपनी बेटी का अनामिका कुमारी के लिए कक्षा 6 to 8 के लिए byjus में ऑनलाइन एडमिशन लिया था मेरा एडमिशन पवन कुमार पटेल मोबाइल नंबर [protected] (Email ID: pawan.[protected]@byujus.com) के द्वारा दिनांक 27/02/2023 को किया गया था जिसमें 7000/- सिक्योरिटी मनी ऑनलाइन जमा किए थे तथा 63000/- का आदित्य बिरला ग्रुप में लोन बना था लेकिन एडमिशन लेने के दो दिन बाद मैं उक्त क्लास को कैंसिल कर दिया था कैंसिल करने के लिए पवन कुमार पटेल के द्वारा रिक्वेस्ट किया गया था तथा कस्टमर केयर नंबर मोबाइल नंबर[protected], [protected] पर फोन करके उक्त क्लास को मेरे द्वारा भी कैंसिल कराया गया क्लास 15 दिन के अंदर ही कैंसिल हो गया तथा मेरी 7000/- सिक्योरिटी मनी वापस मेरे अकाउंट में आ गई तथा पवन कुमार पटेल जी द्वारा बताया गया कि आपका क्लास कैंसिल हो गया है आपको पैसा भी रिफंड हो चुका है उसके बाद से मुझे कोई भी मैसेज या फोन क्लास के संबंध में नहीं आया फिर मैं 29 नवंबर 2023 को कुछ काम से अपने बैंक में गया था तो वहां से बैंक द्वारा मुझे बताया गया कि आपके खाते में 63000 का लोन चल रहा है जो unpaid है तथा आपका बैंक का सिविल स्कोर खराब हो रहा है फिर मैं उक्त के संबंध में कस्टमर केयर नंबर पर फोन किया और उनको बताया कि मैं अपना क्लास कैंसिल कर दिया है लेकिन लोन चल रहा है उसको कैंसिल कर मुझे एनओसी देने की कृपा करें मैं लगातार 29/11/2023 से फोन byjus कस्टमर केयर पर कर रहा हूं लेकिन उनके द्वारा कहा जा रहा है कि बहुत जल्दी आपको NOC दे दी जाएगी आपका क्लास कैंसिल शो कर रहा है लेकिन लोन कैंसल नहीं हुआ है वह हमारी तरफ से कुछ दिक्कत हुआ था जो ठीक कर दिया जाएगा यही कहकर मुझे एक महीने से गुमराह किया जा रहा है मेरी समस्या का हल नहीं निकल रहा है कृपा करके मुझे NOC दिलवाने की कृपा करें तथा जो मेरा बैंक का सिबिल स्कोर खराब हुआ है उसको ठीक किया जाए !

                        The Biju's executive by name Murali Krishna Hanumanthu with phone no.[protected] contacted me and gave a demo on 10-oct-2023 and received the content Tablet on 23-oct-2023. He explained and assured that we can cancel the subscription within 15 days of time if we are not satisfied with the content which they provide with refund.
                        As my kid is busy in his daily school activities we are unable to access the Biju's.
                        So, we contacted the the Biju's customer care to cancel the subscription on 04-Nov-2023 orally. They said us to send a mail for cancellation of our subscription
                        first mail sent on 04-nov-2023 at 14.53 hrs.
                        second reminder sent on 18-Dec-2023 on 22.38 hrs.
                        till now they have not taken any action moreover the EMI`s are deducting from my bank account .
                        At the time of demo we paid Rs.10, 000.00 from my phone pe with UTR:[protected] on 10-Oct-2023 at 20.20 hrs. in the favor of Murali Krishna Hanumanthu
                        More over after contacting the Biju's regarding the cancellation they again deducted the EMI of 4167.00 on 07-Nov-2023 from central bank of india account.
                        SO, kindly take the necessary action.

                          I have cancelled Byjus subscription on 07 March, 2023. The team asked me to wait for a month to get EMI cancelled. But in October ₹590 rupees were debited 16 times as ACH RTN CHRG i.e, ₹9, 440. Then I got to know that loan is still active.
                          When I contacted salesperson, Dilli Prasad,
                          (Email: [protected]@gmail.com) (mobile no:+[protected] he asked me to pay ₹2, 650 to not have any dues on my account and get NOC. But i didn't receive any NOC till now. Instead I was harrased on calls to pay full EMI.
                          I even sent many mails to cancellation team but still no proper response.
                          On 5th December I received a call from Rana Pratap, (email: rana.[protected]@byjus.com) (mobile no: +[protected] he said he was from 'cancellation and refund' team. He asked me to pay ₹7000 in order to keep the tablet with me and get full refund of around ₹23, 780 to "UPI id :[protected]@axl".
                          Still I didn't get any refund. Later again he asked me to pay ₹1770 as bounce charges to get EMI cancelled.
                          Now he is asking me to pay one month of EMI i.e, ₹4000 so that finance team will cancel my loan. He is threatening me if I won't pay money my loan will never get cancelled by finance and I would have to pay total EMI.
                          It's clearly negligence of Byjus team as cancellation was not done properly and i had to suffer such huge losses. I am just from a poor family and a student. Due to Byjus i had to suffer mental pressure &depression for this whole year. I cancelled on March now it's January 2024. Byjus is responsible to cancel my loan and provide me NOC.
                          I will take this matter legally and fight till end!!
                          I request you to immediately cancel my loan, give me my refund and NOC! Please look into this issue and respond immediately.

                            I, Rajesh Bapanna had taken a Byju's course (IAS Online) with ref number BYJCFR[protected] by Mr Padala Sai Teja from Byju's manager. They Promised me if you paid it now then you will find concession in fee and course for 3 years. Sir on 25 Ju2023 I paid 7000/ as a registration fee. Sir they provided me loan from for one-year total amount rupees 58000/ for one year as an EMI 4833/ per month and Menter will Call you for Every 2 Weeks and Provide Schedule for 2 Weeks and Couse Books Will Be delivered within 20 Days. But they are not provided any books till nov(I.e.02.01.2024). I contacted so many times through phone and Mail regarding books in the month of July, Aug, Sep-23 after that I sent an email to Byju's regarding cancellation of my course and refund my registration fee and in that I also mention whatever cancellation charge you please can cut it after they only provided me cancellation email of Byju. After this I emailed so many times and called to customer care no then only one reply, I got my Senior manager will you and you get your solution sir I called more time mean while I request customer executive as my course is in cancellation process but they are replied like Books Delivery is the Matter of Logistic Department not by the Finance Department We are Not gurented about Logistic Departemnt Work and We are Not respocible for Delivery of Books we Raise a request to Logistices Department for Delivery books as soon as Possible.Sir I call this no once i say regarding cancellation of course then immediate they cut my call. afterthat i called more than 10 times,
                            Then they told me it Byju's policy your Refund will not be possible. Regarding these issues I complain in Consumer forum docket no. 5187900(Through Whatsapp) But showing status as not processed yet.
                            Sir I called and message (on what’s app) also so many times to but they are not answering on call as well as what’s app. They are respond With different answers by different people like one person said like Books cost is 5000/- i Waveoff 5000 from your total payment and one person said like Books are at Frre of cost you have pay all the money.. But they are not mention Payment breakup anywhere. I recieved invoive for 65000 with advance payment 7000/- and remaining balence payment to be done by emi 4833/- per mpounth for 12 Months.
                            I Contact Byjus Customer Care they told me to Dont Pay any EMI I Raise Compaliant egarding Cancellation of Your Course With ref Number 4094459. After That No Solution But Calls from Finance team of Byjus are Countinued.
                            Sir it’s my humble request to you kindly help me out. I got mental harassed(Due to Daily I Had almost 100 Calls from Byjus Payment Team to Pay the EMI) And Byju’s team is not cancelling my course and wanted to take rupees 65000/-. It my hard work and honest earning and All the Documents Related Attached Herewith.
                            Sir Kindly Instruct Byju’s team to do the needful and cancel my E- Mandate and also refund my registration fees. I along with my families will be grateful to you

                              Even after continuous over the call discussion with Mr. Abhishek and with Mr. Khan Sadiq from Byju's team . Nothing has been initiate on the refund front . I paid 120000 for 3 yrs from for my kid - 8th till 10th . My kid was able to complete 8th but post that she was unable to cope up with the pressure and work load.

                              Now even after connecting with the Byju's team and requesting for the same nothing has been done - their are just deaf ear to my request.

                              Now they have forced me to file a FIR against with Mr. Abhishek and with Mr. Khan Sadiq, Raveendran, Divya gokulnath .

                                Have taken online batch for IAS preparation but Books are not delivered yet. I have taken the classes in August of 85000 nd 35000 is paid through EMI but they haven't sent the books even they are not addressing my problem. They kept on saying after 72 hours you will receive a call but they are not calling back.
                                I have called the customer service numerous times bt unfortunately they are not addressing my problem.
                                So as of now I want to cancel my subscription but they are not cancelling it even they are not delivering the books.
                                I have suffered for last 5 months waiting for books to study as I have to give exam in 2024 for which I have taken the batch. But the company has made a fool of me also taken money and not providing study material.

                                    I was Purchased one IAS subscribtion. but i was cancelled within 7 days. because am change my mind. I got my refund 7 Thousend in last november 2022.
                                    I am not aware my loan. recently check my civil score that reflect one loan account active and overdue last 3 month.
                                    I have try to connect byjus 50 times to provide me loan noc . it's a fake loan active over my pan card.
                                    i am not paying any emi because i am aware this loan .. how can possible 3 emi overdue that impact my cvil score badly.
