• 27th Oct  Zoom Meeting (Recorded) conducted by Byjus representation with me (Ashwini Gyanuba) basis ANTE test scores qualification of my daughter (Scholarship exam conducted by Aakash’s Byjus). Towards the end of the session I was asked to make registration payment;
o Offered price was Rs.1, 62, 000 price which apparently was worth Rs 4.5 lakhs course(for 10th, 11th & 12th NEET) for regular admissions otherwise . This offered price was valid ONLY IF Rs.15, 000/- registration amount was paid instantly. I requested to provide a day to think and confirm which was rejected.
o I went ahead and made the payment via UPI transactions as I had no other option.
o Some of the promises made during Sale included Faculty would be mostly IITian’s and would be 1:1 coaching. Refund would be in 48hrs within 15 days of cancellation. Refund policy copy was shared when I requested for same in email later.
• The entire experience from the call made me very uncomfortable as there was no time given to think and looked suspicious to me. I spent the next day enquiring more about this through friends and online sources. As an outcome, I gathered only negative feedback esp on false claims on quality of education and refund policy with several parents struggling to get refund . (This was later validated when we looked at the faculty background and none of these classes were 1:1 as well. It was a group class )
• I asked for refund but was told by Ashwini Gyanuba that it was not possible till the entire admission process was completed and she said some one would get in touch with me to close this process.
• 31st Oct – Call with Sabir Shahdad from Byjus to complete the activation process was conducted as I was told refund is only possible after activation of order. This was a Zoom recorded conversation. Was again reassured refund would be in 2-3 days if initiated within 15 days of the purchase . I opted for No Cost EMI via Shopse availed in 2 transactions  1. Rs. XXXXX/- and another Rs.XXXXXX/- for 18 months each
• 2nd Nov 2023  Initiated cancellation and sent mail to [protected]@byjus.com & [protected]@byjus.com and requested for refund now that admission process was also closed.
• 8th Nov 2023  Received a call from Vedanth Vyas apparently from Bangalore head office enquiring reasons for cancellation which I communicated on call. Basis the call conversation, he approved the refund on call and also on email and told entire refund would be closed in 20 days per policy and money would be refunded to me to my bank account along with cancellation of Shopse EMI loan . I was requested to share my bank details to which I would like the money to be refunded which I did. He told as a confirmation of bank account details Rs.1/- would be instantly transferred which also happened and I received the money same day.
o I was asked to return the tablet/SD card package which was delivered to me post admission process. The courier was returned and delivered on 13th Nov to Byjus address as shared on email Via Delhivery Direct Express Tracking Number AWB # XXXXX682
• Post this, I followed up with several calls to customer care and to cancellations/support email but in Vain. Did mention that my EMI is upcoming and getting reminders from my bank to keep funds ready. None of this was responded or addressed. Finally, the first EMI was deduced on 5th Dec 2023 from my HDFC Bank account. Total Rs.8167/-
• I continue to follow up every day to their customer care and written several follow up emails almost everyday but in vain. I get a standard response from customer care stating it would get resolved and NO response on emails till date .

    Not providing Refund money despite email approval

      I experienced very worst service from Byjus. I suggest that not to go with BYJU’S . I tried to call them many time and by email as well. Now I want to cancel and no response from byjus. They grabbed my money I got very worst learning platform. I will never suggest to any body to choose byjus. Even there Custmer care also very rude. Please share me the nodal for officer email I’d. Finally I will see byjus in consumer court. They don’t want to return my money. They want to grab money only .

        I am enrolled course in byjus gate 2024 in august...but byjus not fulfill his commitment..they saying me we are provide study material and all but not giving yet...i am already paid 10000 to byju without any benefit, i am already mail to byjus for cancellation due to financial issue but no reply from byjus side.

        Please help me to cancel the admission and return my money.

          I am purchase byju gate 2024 in 31st august 2023 that time garima mathur counsellor give a commitment to we can give all study material and best service but 3 month already completed no study material received and service is third class..i need to cancel this course but they not accepting my cancellation...please file a case against byju...already i am paying 10000 and remaining 25000 he says to me it is compulsory to pay..

            Dear Sir/Madam,

            I am writing this letter to express my disappointment regarding the services provided by BYJU'S company. On 28th September 2023, I availed the services for my 10th-grade kid and was dissatisfied with how they did not even bother to check if the kid attending classes. Despite my repeated attempts to seek redressal, I was unable to receive any satisfactory response from the customer service department. I was left feeling ignored and frustrated by the lack of attention to my complaints. I would appreciate it if you could address this matter and take appropriate measures to ensure that this service is canceled and the amount is refunded.

              Hi sir i am vinod kumar. b my register mobile number is [protected], i taken the mechanical engineering gate course in june and i cancelled the course and i also got refund money back to my account but my loan is not cancelled yet, i was frequently harassing by the finance team for paying emi, but i cancelled the course three months back please cancel my loan as soon as possible .

                I had taken 3 years course for my daughter paying Rs.50, 000/- but since august 23 the Byju's app is not working . nor the customer care is replying to the calls email. i want my funds back, we have paid our hard earn money, her 2 years are left only 1 year is complete .please resolve our complaint . i need my funds back .have put several mails they don't reply also.. we are middle class people for us 50k is too much .

                  Today I was not able to connect with my byjus app that i subscribed for. This is due to SD card error. I am asked for the pin code in SD card which i don't know. So i tried calling the helpline number many times but it doesn't seem to work. There is no response at all.

                    Respected sir,
                    My daughter S .Sree Harini (reg mob no :[protected])took byjus class for grade 7, we discontinued the class from June . The auto debit of amount from my account was stopped, but the loan account in my name was not closed, I'm getting over due to such an issue.My cibil score was reduced for past 3 months and getting pressure to close all the loans from the bank side .I was keep on calling to your team to close that loan account from byjus, none of the action was taken and I'm getting suffered because of the mistake from your side . Kindly do close my loan account as soon as possible .

                      On 28th October i received a call from Byju's DSSL program which occured in our school. They said we got a scholarship, and we set up a meeting the next day.
                      The next day, we talked to them, and decided to try it as they mention there is a trial period of 14 days, and i can cancel and will get complete refund.
                      I paid the money of 12000 rupees.

                      My counsellors (Arun Bikash Chakraborty and Mrityunjoy Chakraborty) told me to use the Think and Learn Pvt. Ltd. App, but there my account was showing to have expired, i couldn't do anything. I have multiple requests for cancellation since then, called the cancellation department several times, even emailed multiple times, but no response.

                      I have already paid 12000 rupees and now neither am i getting any refund nor my course is been cancelled,
                      In the helpline they always say that they would set-up a callback, which i was supposed to receive by 24-48 hours, but i never received it.
                      As per the terms and conditions, i was supposed to have complete refund if i were within trial period, and i would get proper customer care and all, but all was fake.
                      I am not able to cancel by any means!
                      The councillors aren't picking up the calls anymore, I have prove of each and every call recording and all procedures, now its getting too much, I want instant refund or i am bound to go to consumer court.

                      Most important of all I didnt received any items or content at all!
                      WHY SHOULD I PAY THE EMI???
                      I have posted in all my social media accounts and now i will expose you all!

                            I have enrolled the byju's gate mechanical course on 1st september and they told me i can opt for refund within 15 days and i paid 3000 indian rupees and i didnt like the course and asked for refund on 5th of september through E-mail and also contacting cancellation and support team of byjus everyday they keep telling me i will receive call in 72 hours but didnt received call or mail from them but i keep getting bot calls telling me to pay my EMI and i received call on 25th of november and telling me they cant provide me refund and they didnt even send me tablet and books which they promised before.
                            please help me sir

                                This is to Complaint against BYJU and the Senior Manager, Manikandan from Bangalore. Below it he Student details:

                                I am Sana's Guardian. I got a call from Kaviya Bathula for regitering with BYJU's for online classes for Sana. She called me continuously for 3 days and got the registration done.

                                I paid 10k for Registration and 42k for Online Classes (using Credit Card, enabled EMI). Nagamani (Mentor) from BYJU called me and confirmed the few details as no Tablet device received from BYJU, about subjects and timings and asked about the BYJU's Think and Learn app. I reported that it is mapped Sana as ICSE student, but Sana is an IGCSE Student. She convinced me that Syllables will be same, so we agreed.
                                Online Class started on 25th Sep 2023, we monitored for a week and got to know that whatever BYJU teaches Sana not at all matching to her Syllables. So we decided to cancel the registration. Since BYJU didn' explain about the cancelling procedure as how to do it, we have tried calling Kaviya Bathula since we registered and paid amount with her. But Kaviya didn't answer our calls. So we dropped mail to Kaviya's mail id kaviya.[protected]@byjus.com on 09th Oct 2023, we didn't recieve any response.

                                Then we explored in Google and got the Cancellation mail id. We dropped a mail to [protected]@byjus.com on 11th Oct 2023. Till now we didn't get any good response from BYJU. Few time, Mentor called me and convincing about mapping Sana to IGCSE syllables, but I denied that offer and strongly asked for cancellation. After that, we didn't get any call back from BYJU till yesterday. We called Customer Care many times, what we got as a response everytime was
                                "A ticket has been raised and the same has been esclaated from my side. It will be dealt within 72 hours".

                                Yesterday, Mr. Manikandan, Senior Manager from BYJU's, Bangalore, called me and asked for the details about the cancellation reason. Today he called me and told me that since, cancellation mail to [protected]@byjus.com done after 14 calendar days, it is not possible to cancel the registration. When I explain about my concerns, he started behaving rude and using abusive words. When I address him SIR in all the conversation, he was speaking without respects using the Singular words (In Tamil) "AMAIDHIYA IRU PA, AMAIDHIYA IRU PA" and not letting me talk.
                                When I check in BYJU's website Cancellation policy, there was a information that if we cancel the registration within 60 days, partial amount can be refunded. Please refer the below website

                                I want register a complaint against BYJU's for not fulfilling my cancel request for a long time and

                                Please help me by fixing this issue and get my registration amount and stopping my EMI from Credit Card.

                                  I am the Guardian of the Student name Sana (6th Grade). She is my Niece. Kaviya Bathula from BYJU called me continuously for 3 days to register with BYJU for her online classes by convincing us that there is an offer which is going to be closed by today. I paid 10k for Registration and 42k for Online classes believing her words that this can be cancelled within 14 days and amount will be refunded if we don't like the training sessions. Nagamani (Mentor) called me and provided few details about BYJU few days before the online class start, confimed me about the Think and Learn app installed at the device which Sana is going to be used. (Please note that We didn't get nay Tablet device from BYJU). I reported that her profile in BYJU app shows as Sana is an ICSE Student, but Sana is an IGCSE Student. She told me that Syllables get matched, not to worry. Then she confirmed few other details about her timings and Subjects. First Online Class started on 25th Sep 2023, within a week we found that whatever BYJU teaches Sana not matching with her Syllables. So we asked Sana to stop attending the classes. We tried contacting Kaviya Bathula, since we had her number only with us, but she didn't answer the calls. So we dropped her a mail about Cancelling the registration on 09th Oct 2023, since she promised that this can be cancelled within 14 days. Since we didn't get any response for the mail as well, we explored in Google and got the Cancellation mail id [protected]@byjus.com on 11th Oct 2023. Till now, we didn't good response about Cancellation from BYJU. We got few calls from Mentors, convincing us to mapping Sana to IGCSE syllables, but I denied that and strongly asked for the Cancellation. Then we tried contacting Customer Care from BYJU many times, the respond I got was, :the ticket has been raised, it has been escalated from my side, It will be dealt within 27 hours". Yesterday, Mani Kandan, Senior Manager in BYJU's Bangalore, contacting me and collating all the details. Today he called me and telling me that since the mail to Cancellation mail id sent after a 14 days from the first class, Cancellation is not possible. When I try to explain about our concerns, he didn't listen to my words and behaving rudely by using Abusive Words. When I address him SIR, he was using the words in Tamil "AMAIDHIYA IRU PA, AMAIDHIYA IRU PA" and not letting me talk.

                                      On 15th nov 2023 already I cancelled ur course of ias English all things I had done through email and also I called to ur helpline no[protected] from this ur team provided to me with case I'd 2031271 again I mentioned this case I'd and emailed to your [protected]@byjus.com after that on next day ur team had called to me from this no [protected] on 17 nov 2023 for cancellation and refund of money and cancelling my loan application approval...
