I have purchased 3 years course for my daughter from byjus . my byjus app is not working on the tab . i have tried to reach all the phone numbers possible . the phone numbers are not available. not the mails are responded .i have paid Rs.50, 000/- for the course. request to please resolve

      We have made payment of Rs. 15, 000/- in advance on 14 September 2023. Representative assured us that if you you are not happy with BYJUs, you can cancell order...

      Hello Ma'am:

      Recently I got an offer from Byju's Kolkata for CTC 2.3-2.7 LPA for Business Development Executive role. I had 5+ years of experience in IT & Telecommunication and 20+ years of experience in Entrepreneurship & Academic industry. Still Byju's humiliated me with this meagre salary package. Byju's should ideally give me a package of 17-22 LPA minimum with my qualifications as B.Tech (ETE), DHRM (HR) & MBA (HR & Marketing). Byju's put a humiliating recruitment condition of field sales in home, malls, schools, food courts & society with 3 week target sales of: WEEK 1- 15, WEEK 2- 25 & WEEK 3- 25. Otherwise, employee will be terminated with no offer or appointment letter. Byju's gives harsh working conditions of working from 10AM till 8PM minimum with hours extending from 10 hours to 12 hours or sometimes 15 hours a day. I want to know if Byju's think us as horse, cow or donkey?? Such conditions are not acceptable to me and sales targets based recruitment is offcourse wrong for me. I now work in JLD Engineering & Management college (West Bengal) and I work for 7 hours from 9:50 AM to 16:50 PM with 30 mins to 45 mins tiffin break included. Who will work in Byju's under such harsh conditions where the CFO Ajay Goel is sacked or he resigned in 6 months. I am sure that if I join Byju's tomorrow, Byju's recruitment & sales team will terminate me within 4-8 days. So I hereby lodge a defamation case on Byju's and demand 10 Lakhs INR as compensation.

        In 2018 I Rashid qureshi bought two byju's tablets for my son and doughter shoeb and farheen for rs100000 but after finishing the cource they said that they would give us new sim or update but now it is 2023 I haven't received it.

          On 7th sept 2023, BYJUs representative come to home, told his companys profile and recommanded 10th class private education online for my child.
          We have made payment of Rs. 40000/- on same day. Representative assured us that if you you are not happy with BYJUs, you can cancell order within 15 days and will get back 100% refund.
          As we are not happy with BYJUs, we have raised cancellation request from 15th sept 2023 through emails and also by calling at their customer care.
          Today is 13th oct 2023, till date i have not received my refund. Almost daily i am giving emails and daily calling on their customer service, i am not receiving proper response from BYJUs. Their customer care telling that "you will get call from cancellation team within 72 hours "
          Till date i have never received call. I never received any reply for my reminder emails which i am giving almost daily,

          Hope this cosumer complaint website will help me to solve my issue.

              Respected sir/madam,
              I have already cancelled byjus subscription months ago. The employee of byjus even confirmed the cancellation. Still money got debited in the name of "check bounce" . Almost 11000. It is too much amount of money. Byjus have no right to debit money after cancellation. You must refund me that money.
              I request you to look into this matter ASAP! It's matter of a life to be honest!

                I had purchased IAS online course for the cost of 36 thousand rupees. The counselor named Nazneen Perveen promised me to extend my EMI payment for 24 months tenure. But after getting me registered to the course she is not answering my calls at all. I have not recieved my orders also. And Nobody from the byju's team responding correctly since a week. I can't pay EMI of 2.5k per months. So I hereby request to cancel my order and stop the EMI process.
                Refund me the money I payed for admission i.e., 5k.
                Also I request them to return the 31k rupees to my bank which they have taken as loan in my name.

                  I made several call and phone request to do that but got VERY VERY POOR RESPONSE !!
                  Garvit khali is 6th grader got the learning station and ICSE syllabus when he was in India for summer break .
                  Garvit is back to the USA on August 31, 2023 and it has been communicated from the day one and agreed upon that once Garvit will be back to US his classes and teaching pattern will be changed, as per US method.
                  This has also been agreed that this setup will be done a week before of travelling back to USA. No Response except the expert will call in 24 hours, no 24 hours came yet ...

                    I am Muthu, and recently, we purchased the course for my son. From the BYJU's team, Mr. Ajay contacted us regarding my son’s education purpose. He explained your course and classes and how you will teach. After the discussion, we have prepared to join BYJU's course with the 15-day refund policy. My son is studying LKG; we tried to engage him with that, but still, he is not able to understand and listen to it. So, finally, we planned to end BYJU's. Please, with this consent, kindly cancel our admission . From the date of 13th sep, 2023 still now there is no action taken from BYJUS end . Please help me to cancel . And they are threading me to pay EMI .

                      I purchase jee batch from byjus but i request cancellation as per their 14 days policy but they harassed me for 2 months then they said they are not gonna refund full amount but 64486 they approved. I got a email with cms id that refund has been approved but after 15 days I didn’t got the refund I tried contacting them but they are giving only dates. Now last option is legal help

                        We have procured an offline learning programme for class 11 and observed that it is not given the expected result. Hence, raised a cancellation request through mail ( Request No. 49442625.)

                        No response from the BYjus team and not yet received any confirmation and not stopping the monthly deduction of EMI.

                          I have been dropping mails to get my refund from byjus. The counsellor that made me enroll into a course stopped taking my calls or responding over texts right after i made my payment
                          It was a course that i never wanted to enroll in the first place.
                          I paid a hefty amount and i have been calling them and everytime they tell me that they will look into it and arrange some phone call but i still haven’t received any money back
                          My exam preparation is on hold because they aren’t sending me my money back
                          This is highly mentally taxing and inconvenient

                            I am chandu marisetti. I had chosen IAS coaching from Byjus when I was taking they said that if i was not satisfied with their service i can opt out .I paid 10000 as registration fee and they said it will be also refunded within fourteen days. And I am not satisfied with their service and I raised a mail for refund but they are not responding and I am getting calls for Emi payment.
                            And the backup team not attending calls. they are pressurizing me.

                              I had taken a course for my son Akshat for which I had also sent Rs 10000.00 online to Byju's. Due to various reasons, I refused to take it through email and phone even before the course started. I had told the reason for this to Byju's through mail, for this I have also received cancellation approval mail from Byju's, but instead of refunding my money, Rs 3667.00 was debited from my own bank account through ECS. It is also important to mention that I have not received any study material from BYJU'S. So please refund my money soon

                                My Byjus order ID is SO-[protected].

                                I opted for Byju's package on July 22nd, 2023, and the orientation was on July 29th, 2023.

                                Due to personal reasons, I raised a cancellation request on August 9th, 2023, and returned the product on August 22nd, 2023. The product was received by the Byjus team on August 24th, 2023. After that, I received an email on September 1, 2023, saying that my refund has been processed with CMS ID CMS[protected] and that it may take up to 15 business days for the amount to be credited to my account. However, it has been more than 15 business days since the refund was processed, and I have not yet received the amount in my account. I have been following up for the last 6-7 days but have not gotten any proper response.

                                  The refund of ₹83, 961 that was processed by THINK AND LEARN PRIVATE LIMITED (BYJU'S) on September 1, 2023. As per the transaction details provided to me, the CMS ID for the refund was CMS[protected].
                                  However, it has been more than 20 days since the refund was processed, and I have not yet received the amount in my account.
                                  I have been following up for the last one week but have not gotten any proper response.

Us time mainai 14000/- fee paid ki thi mujai ugc-net preparation weekend batch 4 allot houa . Mujai btya gya aap ko study material 1 week mai provide ho jaiga, so aap class start kr sktai ho.

                                    Brief of incident:- I received a call from BYJU's counsellor for a course for children for two years at the cost of Rs 120000/-. During counselling session, he told me that if for any reason I do not want to continue the course then I can cancel it anytime and if within 15days I will get 100% refund and after that up to 45days refund of 75% of money paid by me. I choose the course and paid the registration fee (totally) of Rs 5000+11000=16000/- on 11 Aug 2023 and 17 Aug 2023.And Next working day on 02 Sep 2023 since my daughter was reluctant to study online due to some reason, I called to the same counsellor and told him that I couldn't go with this course and wanted to cancel it right now in chat on 28 Aug 2023 and email on 02 Sep 2023 . The counsellor said that first I must finish the payment of balance 10K or choose to pay as EMI than only the cancellation process will be initiated.
                                    But he told me that first I must pay due amount of Rs 10000/- of Monthly fee then only then my request will be processed further.
                                    Such terms were never briefed to me by the counsellor or anyone from BYJU's earlier. I denied than he said the cancellation will not be processed. If i will go for cancellation, then he will say nothing will be refunded. At this point, I feel cheated, harassed financially and mentally by BYJU's. What I was told by counsellor during first day about refund policy was totally a false statement / promise. And now onwards 02 Sep 23, the demand of more payment is blackmailing. Also, the call from third party financial company is torturing and disturbing, I request my money back and NOC from BYJU's and ECS cancellation with NOC by financial company. Reason is false policies promised by counsellor and not wanted to continue with such fraudulent policies.
