I Dr anju ghule . from Ahmednagar Maharashtra want to inform you that there is big fraud going in byjus . They call me to discuss anthe exam results took the zoom meeting, forced to take the online course on trial basis, they told to pay the fees 12000 which is refundable within 15 day if we cancel the course. Its written in their refundable policy . Without my knowledge they give loan also stating its a part of processure . Very next day only i applied for cancellation giving valid reason that student is no getting time, as he got selected in cricket also. Now the person Mr Hanan his ph no is [protected] n councellor Mr Himanshu ph no [protected] they avoid receiving my call . Then i called to call center daily n also mailed to cancellation n support team they just give assurance on ph not taking any action. Lastly one person Ritik Mathur he called said i will cancel only loan n not refund the money 12000 back . But still loan not cancelled no mail came regarding this . Now ph from loan company r coming that ur emi will start on 4/12/2023. I tried cancel it from bank but it is not cancelling as that byju team shd cancel it. Means in all the way they are trapping the people n getting money . Student name is rishi ghule we took 8, 9, 10 foundation course . cost was 75000 /- . we paid 12000/- now remaining will be paid by emi which we were unaware of . order no is so- [protected]. so many mail i hv done .. recent ticket no is 2548634 today only. Like me there are so many people who hv been trapped in this scam . I kindly request u to help me out . As ther is lot of torture n mental harassment. My ph no is [protected]. I hv send screenshot as proof . Plz it my request take actin against this fraud.

This is to bring to your notice that we have been requesting for cancellation of the above mentioned subscription number.

Was keen on taking up a physical class, but was well convinced by sales team and we agreed as there was a trial period of 14 days. Post the payment (on 29th Oct) we did not receive any confirmation email other than OTPs for log in into the website.

1st scheduled trial class (1st Nov) did not happen, child could not log in into any class session, we called for help, they will arrange call back but nothing happened. Next day again we were again waiting (2nd Nov), nothing happened that day as well, again they promised to call back, which did not resolve our problem.
We got a call late in the evening from a mentor. We requested him that we do not want to continue and requested for cancellation.

Saturday 4th Nov went to the nearby center in Dwarka Sector 11 and placed a complaint whereby we were clearly told that Aakash does not have anything to do with Byjus.

The following people - Sarita Yadav[protected] stopped responding to our calls and kept disconnecting when she recognised our voice.

Devanshu Kumar Mishra[protected] convinced us to keep his number for any confusion we had, on calling found that this number is in-active, later on the number got re-activated but he stopped taking our calls.

I am father of Arsh Jain. I have taken admission for my son on 30.10.2023 by depositing of Rs. 47, 000/- and I got the orientation class on 01.11.2023 but I was not satisfied with the presentation because there was diversity between counsellor (30.10.2023)and the information received in orientation class on 01.11.2023, at the same time (01.11.2023) I have denied the admission and email the cancelation team. course are not matched my son textbook. When the counsellor visit home he communicated wrong commitments and now he is not picking phone. he said we will take index of your child set syllabus accordingly.

We have to login the byjus but it's not working because pin validation validation code problem please setup the validation code

The reason is cancelling and payment Refund because the councillor didn't tell me the right process of payment. First he asked me to pay only 10000 and after that 14000 more than he is telling me to pay rest of payment 49000 rupees. But after paying 24000 rupees I told him that I can not go ahead and I ask for cancellation but he told me that if I will not pay the Full amount till I will not get the order ID and he will not refund my money. He told me if I will make the full payment then I will get order ID and he will process my refund within 3 to 4 hours. And after I make the full payment now he is not responding my call . Then his colleague sagar call me and telling me that sagar sharma is on the leave and he will be not available for 15days. This is look like that they are cheating with me. I am requesting to byjus to place give me attention on this matter. Otherwise I have to take legal action against Saransh Sharma.

I am father of RISHIT RAJ and my registered mobile number is [protected], I have taken admission for my son on 01.10.2023 by depositing of Rs. 20, 000/- and I got the orientation class on 07.10.2023 but I was not satisfied with the presentation because there was diversity between counsellor (01.10.2023)and the information received in orientation class on 07.10.2023, at the same time (07.10.2023) I have denied the admission and fill up the form for refund and cancellation or ECS mandate, after that I received a call from Bengaluru on 13.10.2023 and they have provided a sheet(form) on my email and subsequently uploaded the sheet with the proof of bank details where the refund will be credited.
Since then, whenever contacted to the customer care they have assured me that your case has been taken on HIGH PRIORITY BASIS and refund will be credited within one or two days. till date (8.11.2013) no refund has been received further they have demanding their installment.

The BYJU'S company has harassed me. They have to penalized for mental harassment and refund of my money along with insufficient Balance charge (ECS MANDATE) debited by Bank.

I have contacted your helpline multiple times, sent mail regarding this matter but to no avail. My son joined the live classes in January this year and during October one of your counselor contacted me and told me to make a down payment of 10000 rupees and by doing this his grade will be increased till 9th, previously it was till 8th, and I was to pay only the remaining 4 months EMIs. But it seems I was misled and I cannot afford to pay two EMIs for the same course. So I'm pained by this as he is one of your student for the past four years and I want immediate cancellation and refund of my money.

I had taken admission of my daughter for Class IX/X on 12th Feb'23 online learning program. But due to my daughter's school timing issue, it was canceled on 22nd Feb . As per the Byju's cancellation policy if we cancelled the course within 15 days money will be refunded and loan will get closed.

Since my daughter didnt like the course and tablet teaching, hence we cancelled the program by writing the mail to the cancellation...

On 12th Feb we took Byju's online course for my daughter studying in X but cancelled the admission on February 23 which is within 15 days. Byju's mentor told within 15 days we can cancel the course and money will be refunded. So we returned the Byuju's Tab and bag and we received deposit amount Rs 7000. for remaining amount Byju's team had given loan for Rs 28000 from ABFL which is still active. Although, we sent mail to Byju's finance team...

It shows invalid OTP even after typing the correct OTP...

I had taken 3 years course for my daughter . the byjus app on Tablet has stoped working, since august 23 the mails are not coming, i have called the byjus each and every number all the phone numbers are unavailable. we ahve invested Rs.50000 for the course, the course is for 3 years out of which only 1 year is over rest 2 years are left

I have purchased 3 years course for my daughter from byjus . my byjus app is not working on the tab . i have tried to reach all the phone numbers possible . the phone numbers are not available. not the mails are responded .i have paid Rs.50, 000/- for the course. request to please resolve

Ineed to cancel the byjus courses and emi to beacuse the cost and paid amount is so high and and they said no cost emi there is an emi and I was poor so I can't pay the amount

On 1st oct 2023, emailed to BYJUs cancellation email id and support email id, on 6th oct they told that cancellation processed of 7th class private education online package for my child.
We have made payment of Rs. 15, 000/- in advance on 14 September 2023. Representative assured us that if you you are not happy with BYJUs, you can cancell order...

Recently I got an offer from Byju's Kolkata for CTC 2.3-2.7 LPA for Business Development Executive role. I had 5+ years of experience in IT & Telecommunication and 20+ years of experience in Entrepreneurship & Academic industry. Still Byju's humiliated me with this meagre salary package. Byju's should ideally give me a package of 17-22 LPA minimum with my qualifications as B.Tech (ETE), DHRM (HR) & MBA (HR & Marketing). Byju's put a humiliating recruitment condition of field sales in home, malls, schools, food courts & society with 3 week target sales of: WEEK 1- 15, WEEK 2- 25 & WEEK 3- 25. Otherwise, employee will be terminated with no offer or appointment letter. Byju's gives harsh working conditions of working from 10AM till 8PM minimum with hours extending from 10 hours to 12 hours or sometimes 15 hours a day. I want to know if Byju's think us as horse, cow or donkey?? Such conditions are not acceptable to me and sales targets based recruitment is offcourse wrong for me. I now work in JLD Engineering & Management college (West Bengal) and I work for 7 hours from 9:50 AM to 16:50 PM with 30 mins to 45 mins tiffin break included. Who will work in Byju's under such harsh conditions where the CFO Ajay Goel is sacked or he resigned in 6 months. I am sure that if I join Byju's tomorrow, Byju's recruitment & sales team will terminate me within 4-8 days. So I hereby lodge a defamation case on Byju's and demand 10 Lakhs INR as compensation.

In 2018 I Rashid qureshi bought two byju's tablets for my son and doughter shoeb and farheen for rs100000 but after finishing the cource they said that they would give us new sim or update but now it is 2023 I haven't received it.

On 7th sept 2023, BYJUs representative come to home, told his companys profile and recommanded 10th class private education online for my child.
We have made payment of Rs. 40000/- on same day. Representative assured us that if you you are not happy with BYJUs, you can cancell order within 15 days and will get back 100% refund.
As we are not happy with BYJUs, we have raised cancellation request from 15th sept 2023 through emails and also by calling at their customer care.
Today is 13th oct 2023, till date i have not received my refund. Almost daily i am giving emails and daily calling on their customer service, i am not receiving proper response from BYJUs. Their customer care telling that "you will get call from cancellation team within 72 hours "
Till date i have never received call. I never received any reply for my reminder emails which i am giving almost daily,

Hope this cosumer complaint website will help me to solve my issue.

We Have Cancelled BYJUS Account but amount not return & NOC Certificate also Please Provide Sir

Respected sir/madam,
I have already cancelled byjus subscription months ago. The employee of byjus even confirmed the cancellation. Still money got debited in the name of "check bounce" . Almost 11000. It is too much amount of money. Byjus have no right to debit money after cancellation. You must refund me that money.
I request you to look into this matter ASAP! It's matter of a life to be honest!

I had purchased IAS online course for the cost of 36 thousand rupees. The counselor named Nazneen Perveen promised me to extend my EMI payment for 24 months tenure. But after getting me registered to the course she is not answering my calls at all. I have not recieved my orders also. And Nobody from the byju's team responding correctly since a week. I can't pay EMI of 2.5k per months. So I hereby request to cancel my order and stop the EMI process.
Refund me the money I payed for admission i.e., 5k.
Also I request them to return the 31k rupees to my bank which they have taken as loan in my name.
