I have raised the issue that i have not been sent Grade 1 books. It has been 12 months i have raised the request.
No books untill now.
As we have relocated to Malaysia, Byjus has promised to send the books to Malaysia number and change my
mobile to Malaysia number +60 [protected].
100's of promises that i will get the books in 1 week.

But it has been 365 days no books untill now.

In May, 2022, BYJUS contact me to show their learning programs. Mr. Milan Kathariya (+[protected] sales executive come to my home in the end of May, 2022, and convey their study materials and suggest me to take a plan LKG, 1, 2 for three years for Rs. 56000- for my daughter Kamya who is in 1st standard in 2022-23 and then I take it by paying Rs. 56000- from my credit Card. I got study materials near to 20 June, 2022 for LKG first year. I realise after two months that this material is not useful as my daughter in 1st standard and materials is for LKG, I complain for this on customer care to cancel the course and refund my amount but they said you can't cancel after 15 days. In first years I made complain so many times but no result. Till today I open tablet hardly for 10-12 times and use only one book. In March, 2023 they said they will give study materials for 2nd standard in 2023-24 and for 3rd in 2024-25 but till today I not getting any study materials for second year course. So request you take your tablet and LKG study materials back and give my amount by deducting your courier charge and other chiller charges.

    I have canceled the course but refund has not been received

    We purchased the byjus ias course in july, within the 4 days i raised the cancelation issue to byju's by contacting them and by mail on [protected]@byjus.com. From the byjus they approved the cancel but regarding its emi has not been cancel till now and they don't give me refund. Whenever i try to contact them their helpline no.     I have purchased the byjus mock test series for cat on 30 August but it has not been unlocked yet. The transaction was successful and I have conformed it with bank too. And also I have not received any Order ID also
    I have mail multiple time and also talk to byjus representative multiple times but there was no revert or action form there side.

      Respected Madam /Sir,

      I, Abhishek Sarkar father of Avanesh Sarkar residing at Kolkata, who earlier applied for class 2 to 4 Self learning companion on 20th Aug. But I send a cancellation mail within a day on 21st Aug. I send several mails and also called to cancel it but the cancellation never progressed.

      The reason for this discontinuation are many. Basically on 20th Aug Byju’s representative force me to take a on the spot decision which I was never comfortable. But, somehow he convinced me by telling that it is very easy to cancel. So I took it and after processing all my thoughts I cancel it on very next day. Now after that various Byju’s representative tried to mentality harass me several times but that is a different story. But with this experience now I am super confident that I took a right decision to cancel it.

      I am hereby requesting for the refund of the amount which we have already paid to avail the services. I have not accepted and received the study kit.
      I request you to send me a letter of acknowledgment for the cancellation.

        My daughter Akshita Sharma (9th class) Joined Byjus course online and register mob no is [protected]. That time one seller of course of BYJUS came to us. He has told us to join BYJUS online. And also told if your child is not interest within 15 days all refund will be come to you and also said in between your child is not interested or no improve in child’s performance, you can withdraw your amount at any time only those months payment takes rest all amount to be paid to you. School teachers of my child have complaint to me my child’s performance is going down. So I want to cancel above course from BYJUS. We have done so many complaints in last 3 to 5 months . but no solution / refund came. Every time they are giving some excuses and saying that it is not our policy and our complaint automatically closed. We are so worry about my child and her study . and I have lost money but no solution are coming. I have done complaint so many times in customer care tollfree no and also sent mail.

        Lastly I am complaining to you. Kindly resolve my problem.

            I had subscribed for Byjus Online coding classes for my daughter during pandemic and previously with WhitehatJr. Earlier WhitehatJr was very good and registered for 3yrs classes, after Byjus aquisition the quality has dropped and leads to frequent Teacher change and non availblity of teachers time. Also the course not upgraded or the team is not accomodating new requests etc. Hence I rquested to cancel the rest of her classes and refund the money.

            The refund and cancelation was per the aggrement they provided that anytime we can cancel and prorated return will be provided.

            I sent mutliple email to the support team and no response since then. They assigned a request number : 48979295

              I've enrolled in the course on[protected]
              I requested for cancellation on[protected].
              Due to medical issues and financial problems.
              Since then I'm contacting them they are saying we will get back to you soon but I've not received any proper response until now.
              I paid 146000. Its been 60+ days. Since I requested for cancellation. Please do initiate the REFUND ASAP team byjus

                Respected Madam /Sir,

                I, Mr C V N S DEEPAK father of Miss CHODIMELLA LAKSHMI SRIJITHA SAMANVI residing at Door No 12-123, Plot no.112, 4th layout, SATYANAGAR, CHINAMUSHIDIWADA, Visakhapatnam-530051, Andhra, Pradesh), who joined the course of JEE online classes by Byju. I paid an amount of Rs. 26, 000/-. I already informed to the customer care of cancellation. My daughter could not continue because of late coming from college and couldn't attend the class due to stress and overload. I would like to discontinue from all of its services with immediate effect. I also want you to stop my EMI which is due on 7th of this month. We have returned the tab and all other materials
                without taking delivery of the same.

                I request you to send me a letter of acknowledgment for the cancellation of my subscription. If there are any further notifications, I can be contacted via email at this email address [protected]@gmail.com.

I am requesting for cancellation of subscription. the last November 2022 subscribed the BYJU's product the same month I have paid the EMI on second month I was request to cancel my subscription but your not cancel my subscription. The December to now am not getting any calls and notifications from your side and the emi payment paying in your side i am expecting specific explanations from your side. I want money so am applying loans but all banks are rejecting my loan request. So i want cancel my subscription.

                    I am Hara Prasad Patra, father of Anushka Patra (PSID: [protected]), a student at Aakash institute whose admission was done through BYJUs. I'm writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and frustration with the lack of resolution provided by BYJU'S regarding the cancellation of the JEE course that my daughter opted for. Despite multiple attempts to seek assistance, I have encountered nothing but a series o[censored]nfulfilled promises, evasive responses, and a complete lack of accountability from BYJU'S.

                    Firstly, I have sent numerous emails to both Aakash and BYJU'S, outlining the situation and requesting a cancellation of the course. However, all I have received in response are automated acknowledgments, followed by the indiscriminate forwarding of my queries to different teams within the organization. Regrettably, these emails are quickly marked as "solved" without any actual resolution or even a proper acknowledgment of my concerns.

                    Furthermore, I have diligently raised support tickets through their designated channels, hoping for a more direct and efficient resolution process. Unfortunately, this has proven to be a futile exercise as well. Each time I raise a ticket, it is simply forwarded to yet another team, resulting in a never-ending cycle of false assurances and unfulfilled promises. Despite their claims that the respective team would contact me within 48 hours, I have not received a single call or email from BYJU'S till date.

                    I have also made numerous attempts to contact BYJU'S and Aakash through both phone calls and emails. However, the response has been nothing short of disappointing. On every occasion, I am told to wait for 48 hours for the respective team to address my concerns. Yet, despite my continuous wait, no one from their end has reached out to me to provide a proper resolution.

                    This ordeal has been ongoing for over a month now, and I am deeply dissatisfied with the lack of action taken by BYJU'S to address my grievances. As a paying customer, I deserve timely and effective support, especially when it pertains to the cancellation of a course for which all the EMI payments have been completed.

                    I kindly request BYJU'S to take immediate action and resolve my concerns satisfactorily. I expect a prompt response outlining the steps that will be taken to address this matter and compensate for the inconvenience caused.

                          The counsellor, Mr. Gunasekaran, enrolled my son with Byju's Tution center on November 25, 2022. We didnt' want a long term tution option, considering this, he offered us monthly payment and can be discontinued any time, by writing the bank to stop the ECS.

                          The Byjus tution center accepted the fee monthly using auto deduction mode through directley from the account, Rs. 4722 is deducted automatically every month. Now, we want to quit the course as we are not satisfied with their performance and also, we were looking for offline classes. When we accessed the bank, in requesting to stop any further transaction for Byjus's, we were informed to write to the loan support as it is registered as loan.

                          This happened without our knowledge. We never signed any documents or informed that a loan is taken in my name. There were no communication in any format from HDFC or Byjus, informing us that a loan has been sanctioned in our name.
                          I hereby attach the communication details from Byju's on the day of registration.

                          We would like to complaint this as fradulent and misleaded to enroll the child in the tution center. There was no co-operation from them when we approach to quit the course.

                          A person from Byjus called and asked us to add a beneficiary in our account and the IFSC code is invalid.

                              Cancellation and Refund our money
                              I had purchased course for my son 11 Standard jee course at 48 days before and got the tablet and study material . but now I want to cancel the course as my son is not willing to do this course and he not able to understand the subject and raised the concern within a 1 week after purchase and taken only 3 classes. At the purchase time, Counselor forcing us to take the course to check for 15 days and he was committing to you can cancel the if the course will not be fruitful for us and they will refund our money. we were asking to give us the time to think to buy this course. Now when I raised the concern after that every time they are just giving us 48-72 hours time. Now the counsellor also not attending my call or contact through WhatsApp. Please cancel my course and kindly help me.

                              @ A. Rishanth. Please be careful as market is overflowing with this kind of cheaters(Byju's) with no support after sale of their service and no reconciliation for refund. I am also victim for the same in COVID period where every singly penny was so useful.

                                As I requested to cancel the classes ( maths). And also close the lone. From 4 months they haven't processed the lone closure. For the EMI amount the grey guest is harrassing us for the EMI amount. I am sending many e mails. But no use. Simply asking for time. But now they not even responding. Even I spoked with Mr. Sivam Agarwal but no use.

                                    I[[protected]]was purchased the product two months back till date mentor or sales person will not contact for us. I send the whatsup for byjus support team (Mrigank Kaushik-[[protected]] And Rohit-[[protected]]) for refunding the amount but one of the person contact but she told refund is not possible because already two months is over but i am paying 6333 per month emi. Now i don't want above product because no body will responding. I will always try toll free number last 30 day but not responce.only wating tune 15 to 60 minute. They are cheater. Please cancelle the application and refuno the amount.
