I registered for comedk+uni gauge the money was debited from my bank account but the payment is showing failed I did the payment on 8th April and I've been trying to contact since 5 days but there's no response, please rectify the problem as soon as possible

      Transaction failed but money deducted,pls solve the problem soon

      I have made the payment and the money is deducted, but the transaction is not successful, and the application is not been applied
      please look into it and do the needful
      Will attach the screenshots of money deducted and error page
      please reply as soon as possible as the last date for application is 5th of april

        I got a seat allocated through COMEDK in the Ramaiah College of Engineering (Mechanical Branch) for 2023.
        Although I wanted to stay closer to my hometown due to illness of my father, I had to take the seat after third round as results of other college wasn't out yet.
        Later I got admission into another college with my desired branch (ECE).
        As soon as I got confirmation of my selection there, I informed COMEDK about my seat surrender.
        I had submitted my fee of 2.65 Lac to COMEDK.
        But COMEDK is refusing to refund.
        In informed them about my financial difficulties as my father has no job after he got partial paralyzed after a brain stroke.
        But even on the medical ground, COMEDK has refused to refund any fee.
        Kindly help me get the refund so that I can complete my studies without financial hardship.

          With reference to Comedk APPLICATION NO: KCU0024982. My name is Prathik H,
          I have registered for Comedk counselling on 23/06/2023 by paying Rs. 2009.49 through debit card but after the payment money is debited from my account. After that I am unable to see the payment status in the comedk portal after login it is showing payment failed but money has been debited from my bank account. Could you please resolve this as soon as possible as the last date for counselling registration is 25/06/23 and I have no other option to look forward even comedk student support is not responding??

                        Dear Sir,
                        My name is Kunal Dugar, I joined BMSCE college Banglore through comedk on 17th November 2022 for a Btech course. But on 19 November I sent an e-mail to both comedk and BMSCE for withdrawal of my admission and give back my documents and refund my fees paid.
                        I belong to a middle-class family the amount paid is very high for my family.
                        Please look into this matter. I will be thankful to you.

                            In response to the recent round 1 allotment of engineering seat, I have opted for the accept and upgrade option. When it comes to the payment portal the website shows error and try again. with limited time to pay and enroll, it is important for us to be certain with the admission. I have been trying the same payment for almost 15 times and it is showing the same. Please solve this problem.
