I have purchased the package of Byjus classes for my daughter for 3 years (8-10 th Classes) on 31st October 2021.
And as per the discussion with your Counsellor Mr. Aditya Raj who has visited my place has told me that there is a provision of providing the TABLET from Byjus, Till today the TABLET has not been provided by the Byjus team.
I had a talk with Mr. Nishchay. He also told me that he will revert but there is no communication from his side. Also, I have not used the SD card and the School Bag that was provided by Byjus that I can return.
Hence I want to cancel the package and want my full refund.
