Byjus Learning App — company not refunding money

I had applied for byjus learning app and at the time of agreement the byjus company employee assures that if you are not happy with this product you may cancel this agreement and company will refund you the token money but the child was not satisfied with the learning app and we informed the employee about the refund of money but he didn't give proper response whereas he had applied for loan to iifl on our behalf by mobile otp without our consent. Now the company is denying for refund.
