Cabbazaar — Dint provide the service after receiving advance

These people show the fancy cars at very cheap rates and ask for advance payment. Once the payment is done, after sometime their team calls that the vehicle is not available due to some reason. I accepted the lower grade vehicle, that too on the same rate. Then on the journey date, cab driver called me after 2 hours of delay that he needs two more further hours. I dont understand why these people have opened the business portal if they do not have capabilities.
