Please refund the full amount of my cancelled booking. The agent unethically told me that you don't give any refunds when I asked to cancel the booking as the cab was coming an hour late! She said you can use the voucher in the next cab booking.
Next day when I booked antihero cab they only adjusted the advance amount against the voucher rest I had to pay to the cab guy again!
