I booked a cab from Deoghar to Kolkata on 18th Jun. While booking it was confirmed that cab will come within 2-3 hours and advance booking amount was taken before booking. Cab reporting time was revised at least 3-4 time ad even after 7-8 hours of waiting cab did not turn up. Eventually I discussed with customer care and got the trip cancelled. At first I received a mail that cab has been cancelled and refund has been initiated but to my surprise next morning I see a message that my trip has been completed and a fake invoice was generated with random taxi number on it. I made numerous attempt to convince them
that if I have cancelled the cab how can my trip get completed but they are refusing to refund the advance amount. This is broad daylight loot that they are running and duping the customer in the name of cab service.
