So, I went to CCD in salt, lake, sector-2. It was my birthday and I was alone in kolkata and decided to celebrate it by myself. but when I tried to cut it at 12 am what i found that the cake was so hard, I was unable to cut it with a spoon.You can't give the excuse that it as frozen because weather in kolkata is pretty hot and cake should have softened by 4-5 hours. CCD, you yourself know that you ppl charge too much for any and every product on your menu, but the only thing because of which people come to you is TRUST. Trust that you will be served good quality food. "CCD ka hai to acha hoga".I completely lost that trust and I am never gonna buy atleast cakes from CCD. Thanks for ruining my birthday.

Ccd store at nerul sector 19 near ruparel gardens is horrible.
I went to the store to claim a free cappucino and grab a bite.
Wifi wasnt working.
So I ordered a cappucino too.
Debit card paying machine wasnt working too.
So i paid cash.
When the sandwitch arrived i asked for some ketchup.
Guess what no ketchup too and the person instead gave me mustard ketchup.

Seriously a horrible ccd outlet.

I am a regular coustumer of cafe coffe day... today I am visit your branch mahima trinity mall.. your cafe mr. sharukh is misbehaving and abusing to me.. he is only person who are misbehave the coustumer and the other staff is well good behavior.. plss i hope to consider my complaint as soon as possible.. when i say that about the hot coffe then his words are " FREE KI COFFE H AISE HI MILEGI.. TUM LOGO KO DAIRY MILK WALO NE KYA OFFER DE DIYA.. TU HO JO CHALE AATE HO"

During my recent Visit to the Cafe coffee day outlet on 21st February 2017 at 8:30 pm located at Mayfair-Meridian #6, Ground floor, Ceaser road off SV road, Amboli Nakia Mumbai-400058, I placed an order for 1 Vanilla Cafe latte and 1 Intl. Veg Burger (American Crispy) which has 2 pieces a plate. Out of the two pieces served to me of the aforementioned burger one was as ordered Veg American Crispy burger and the other one was a non veg American classic burger, which I realised when I bit into the latter as the taste of the same was different than the former. I immediately brought this to the store manager's attention who at first refused to accept that it was a non veg burger that was served to me. Once I proved to him that it was a non veg burger by getting him to closely inspect it he and the barista who had prepared the burger blamed it on the supplier for wrongful packaging. The store manager also claimed to have seen the barista prepare a veg burger and accused me for falsely representing facts to which I quickly pointed out that when the burger was being prepared, the store manager was sleeping on the couch kept for customers. THE BILL NO FOR THE SAME IS 17481 dated 21/02/2017 20:16 pm.
PS. I HAD ALSO MADE A WRITTEN COMPLAINT IN THE LOGBOOK AVAILABLE AT THE STORE.

Today I have visited ccd branch of kasturi nagar, bangalore. Only one person named abhishek was handling the entire store during busy lunch hour. When i have requested him to take my order mr abhishek told to wait for 5 minutes as he is very busy. After half an hour of waiting when I have again requested him for the order he simply refuses and told that I havr to wait more as he is very busy. This kind of incidents hampers the brand image of ccd. And i wish that management should take care of this kind of employees

I have had a double billing on my debit card on 11th Dec 2016 in the jayanagar outlet of Coffee day. The two transactions have been done on my ICICI card as below

Both have been for Rs. 219. Please reverse the transaction, and the lady at the counter said that it will be reversed though i showed that it had already debited. Please reverse.

Irresponsible and very poor manner reg an enquiry about installing New coffeeday Machine

Hi,

I had made a transaction of Rs 100 with order Id: 11300206800010343270120171438 at CCD today which was debited from Freecharge Account but did not received at the CCD vendor end so, the order was not complete but at the same time i got 75rs Cashback from freecharge. And as the order was not complete which was claimed by CCD vendor i again made a transcation of 75Rs(order id :11300206800010343270120171452) from freecharge account.

So, kindly check the issue for the same as i have paid 175Rs in total for 100Rs eatable item.

First of all i am big fan of ccd.

When you launched ccd beta app that time i installed ccd app. Last week i got update of my mobile, after updating of mobile when i am going to login my account it showing too many phone login error. But i am still using the same mobile. This is the main point sir. I tried so much but app is not opening. I contact customer care they said mail your problem - [protected]@cafecoffeeday.com, i mail my problem so many time but they only saying use previous mobile for login. I replied so many time that i am using same mobile. But they are not solving my problem. They are very irresponsible, from last 4 days i mailed 6-7 times but they are not replying and not solving my issue.

. Sir this is my humble request you to please give me solution sir also take an action on [protected]@cafecoffeeday.com. Because they are not giving single answer.

I am sorry to say but the CCD ballygunge branch has the worst kind of Customer Service. Before occupying a table which had previously been joined for 5 I had asked one of the employees whether I could sit on that particular table since there was an additional table and three other chairs joined with it. They assured me it was not a problem and neither did they remove the extra table and chairs that I did not need. I was alone and planned to be at the cafe for a while since I needed to work. Half an hour later, a group of 5 enters the cafe and while the entire cafe was almost empty they fancied sitting where I was sitting because the chairs seemed more comfortable than the others. Instead of seating them somewhere else, one of the employee comes upto me and asks me to move in the middle of a skype call because I was "occupying a table for 5". It was very clearly NOT a table for 5 and just like where I was sitting any of the other two tables in the cafe could have been joined. However, I was still asked in the middle of my work to move to one of the other tables while the other group stood before me, waiting for me to pack my bag with smug looks on their faces. If the cafe was busy and I was keeping the employees from entertaining other customers I could have understood, but this behavior on the part of the staff was downright insulting and rude. I would request you to train your staff better and not go around insulting customers before others.

This is hemant agarwal, I want to inform CCD that on 8th of Jan, 2017 at Bangalore International Airport at ccd cafe I ordered one capachino coffee and one afghani biryani whose total amount was 383 ₹ which I paid through my debit card on POS but at the time of payment my transaction got failed and then The executive has tried one more time. Second time transaction was successful. And my money got deducted twice.

As we regularly visit coffee day in malleshwaram 15th cross infront of shanthi sagar there is lot of chaos in cafe by a few group of members who have started a company Q NET (fraud company) who come on saturday and sunday and be here for hours togethers. They r disturbing customers by asking them to join the chain link company as we regularly visit cafe coffee day there is no peace by those people they keep on disturbing the customers and by laughing and talking loudly so there is no place to sit kindly its my pleasant request to look after it .

Many times i go to the ccd inside iit guwahati campus 781039 and attendant always refuse to give coffee using y coffee beans and if they are not of any use then why a person pays for those beans.I amvery disappointed with the services they provide there.I do not feel like it is worth paying there for such type of service.Please take some action into the matter

I went to ur outlet on kartar road in bandra, there i ordered veg burger but was served a chicken burger.This is just disappointing and unprofessional on your part.Plus your manager Mr. Vijay (emp Id:-A129268) was not present in the outlet and came after 10 minutes and then was giving an excuse that it was an human error on part of Mr. Haroon the one who made the burger.How can u ppl give such a stupid explanation for such big a mistake.I will be reporting this to the consumer court.

The sales guy at cafe coffee day, iit kharagpur is forcing customers to buy add ons and selling them larger sized drinks.

I ordered spinach corn n cheese sandwich. He said sandwich will come with chips. I said i do not want chips. He said no, no, sandwich will come with chips. And would you guess it, those chips cost almost as much as the sandwich, so i ended up paying rs. 99 for a sandwich that was supposed to cost me rs.65. I would like to know whether this is the official policy at ccd?

From 2 days I'm trying on your toll free no.. which comes always busy, I went Delphi Powai CCD, I usually go there, service was too bad, whatever we are ordering, they are doing delay and serving also not properly... Dewils own was too beeter in taste and coffee is not that hot.. this second time I'm facing issue regarding service.
They are taking money for service only... And ambience... But the service is too bad even food quality also.. if you are taking more that 100 buks for coffee .. it should be like what we want... Please take care .. waiting for your reply

yesterday i visit your asansol centrum mall ccd store for cofee and order a cold cofee for Rs 145/- from my app wallet, but store keeper also charge me Rs140/- cash.
i found that i spend cash 140 and also 145 from my wallet for one cup of cold coffee.

store keeper also informed me that my app money will be refunded under 24 hours.

so please take necessary action from your end as soon as possible.

This is the 2nd time it has been happen with me.I told the guy in the counter not to add on any extra toppins in my order but still he did add on on my order..I want my money back...CCD u all r stealing..shame on u...my bill no is 20428 in parkstreet cafe n just look at the bill they have given me a torn bill.At first he was not giving the bill..I nd my money back n quick action should be taken my number is [protected]...
