Found flour mites and weevils 1kg pack...

I have been feeding my baby with Lactodex premium since he was 4 months, he is 7.5 months now. The Lactodex premium 2 batch number T22001 that we have bought this time is smelly and forms red colouration. Our baby has also fallen sick after taking it.
Could you please look in to the issue?...

I have recently purchased lactodex follow up formula 2 from apolo pharmacy, but when i opened it i found bugs and worms in it . I have raise complaint at coustmer care nd they told me that they will call back, but still no calls received .

i brought a lactodex 3 on 02oct2021 from om medical rajim, but when i open it the quality of food is very poor contains moisture.
i talked to om agency for replacement
they told me talk to company (you).
sir, quality of food is very bad and i am not able to use i want replacement or my money back

I have bought 2 tins of 1kg Lactodex 1Starter formula from 1mg online store On 24th May 2021(The order Id : PO[protected])
.I have found insects on those two packs. I am really worried bout my baby's health. I am attaching the photos of the products with Manufacturing date and batch number and also the bugs in the powder. This is really pathetic and this company is playing with infants health. Please take necessary action and do the need full.

I purchased Lactodex 1 for my five-month-old son. Due to unavoidable reasons, he is formula milk fed baby. On 24/3/19 late night, I opened a new pack of Lactodex-1 and found it full of insects and worms. The batch number of the product is T18167 with expiry in Dec-19. The product contained many worms and insects. A complaint was made regarding the same to the manufacturer(Reptakos, Brett and Co Ltd). But we have not received any response so far from them. This is the second Lactodex-1 pack which was received in such worst condition. I have earlier purchased one Lactodex-NMW -1 pack which also contained some black particles in it. At that time I did not make any complaint on this issue. The company is playing with the lives of the babies telling that they are making baby food. It is not a simple thing to ignore.

My name is majeesh. I have been used lactose -1 type ll starter formula. On 29th dec i bought new bottle name lactodex 1-nmw. Batch number (T17018). I had enquiry with pharamacy (Medicines palace kochi.) few days later given the powder to my baby. He omitted few times. I noticed and leave. But last days his skin got some rashes with red colour. I checked with medical store. They confirmed this bottle have manufacturing defects....

I have been using your milk powder - lactodex from the day my baby was born 7.5months back. I never had an issue with its quality and was very happy with the nutrition my baby was getting.

However, in the last fortnight (Between may 28th & june 10th 2016), i have already had two bad experiences. The tins i bought are smelly, even though the expiry date is much later (One tin expires in dec 2016, the other expires in feb 2017). The first tin was bought at a private pharmaceutical agency (Manjunath drug house) & was replaced. The second tin was bought at med plus, lingaraj nagar, hubli and they are not even ready to help me out with the replacement.

This is causing me to think about the quality of the product and am fed up with the running around it is causing me. Nobody picks the calls either, i have been trying to contact you from yesterday. If you cannot support your customers, it isn't a very good sign.

Kindly let me know if you can help, either with a refund or replacement. I am seriously thinking of changing her milk powder, nestle seems to have better substitutes.

Hello, I am currently using a threptin biscuits packed by raptakos, brett and co ltd of batch no-C150778.while eating, I found a human hair coming out from the biscuit and this shows the poor handling of product and low level of hygiene during the packing of the biscuits.i would like you to take strict actions against this as hair when swallowed can be fatal.

We bought a product of Raptakos, Brett & co.ltd (threptin diskettes), the packing of the product after opening the lid of the tin is the worst as it has got very sharp edges, when we try opening the seal the sharp foil edges cut the fingures causing a deep cut, we had cuts fr 3 times, after buying the product.Being such a costly product we donot expect the packing to be injurious and harm the customer using that product.The company must have atleast written a caution note on the tin giving the instructions about the safety while opening it.so we kindly want the company to change the packing style of the product.we are looking forward for the response of the company and assurance of the safety of the product.

T-14209, exp.03/2016 on munday 5/12/2015, problem is that when i had open it i got a bed smell and when i dissolve in water do not dissolve properly. just like as a precipitate ovserve, and when i back to retailer to tell about it. he just said its not my folt Avinash kumar

i boutht lactodex 1 on 27auguest and its expiry date is octomber2014. when i opened it very bad smell is coming from that how can i give this to my 4month aged baby, i already complained three times but no any single reply got from u please change me the tin because i m not satisfied with your product and with u plz reply me positively thanks

I am shailesh kumar pandey, i live in varanasi.
I was employee of raptakos brett & co. Ltd from 7 march 2005 to 2nd may 2011. My employee code is 06946.
I left d organisation on 2nd may 2011. Company has done my full & final settlement.
In april 2012 i have sent my pf settelment form to company. And till date i did not get my pf amount. And i am sure it has been delayed from company side.
My pf no mh/ban/1067/7936.
So please do needful to get my pf amount as soon as possible.
