Order ID 23712 placed by around 12.40 am on 21st July 2021 for same day delivery. Have made a payment of INR 999. Received email from cakesportal by around 2 pm on 21st July telling they have cancelled order due to shortage of services and they would initiate refund in 7 working days. I haven't received any communication until now regarding refund. Contacted them through email and Twitter but no response. Was this information helpful? |
